0:00Imagine if you could build a $10 website or a few of them and rank everywhere on Google. This is just craziness. This is wonderful. Showing up six times on page one and the AI overview names my website. Someone in the community is doing this. I love it. It's hilarious. It's ridiculous. You can make a lot of money this way with 100% AI websites, microsites. It takes me about 20 minutes and about $10 to build one. Very, very easy. The $10 microsites or websites rather that take over page one. One site takes one spot.
0:33A stack takes the page. Now, people get upset about this. Why do you get so upset about this? It's because people are accustomed to building these custom WordPress websites for thousands of dollars or SEOs charging thousands, tens of thousands of dollars and then someone like me and my community come along and they crush everyone with $10 websites. It's hilarious. I love it. One operator, six of the top spots. This is what it looks like. Think of emergency electrician near me. And you quite literally are in the AI overview. And then slot number 1 2 3 4 5. It is crazy,
1:08right? So, let's talk about how you do this, how you can make money with this. Let's have some fun. Now, there's a 7-day free trial. If you're not in this community of over 500 people, why the heck aren't you? If you want to learn these things, you're excited about these things. You have 7 days to figure out if it's for you, right? Just come and join.
1:22What are you doing? All right, let's go here to the slideshow. Here we go. A whole site about one search. Why do we crush? Why do normal business websites sites get beat by silly little $10 websites like ours? And it doesn't always happen, but if I can build 100 websites for the cost it takes most people to build one website or a business owner goes out, solicits their local digital marketing agencies, and they're getting prices for like 10,000, 20,000 dollars, which happens by the way. People in the comments, you say, "That's impossible." I've seen people pay 30,000 dollars for a website.
1:55Now, I can build a $10 website that beats that website. It's awesome. So, a whole site about one search. So, a normal business website has many services, many cities, one domain. It's spread thin across everything and it it's never the strongest match for anyone search. Remember, what we're trying to do here is we're trying to appease two entities. Google, we're trying to make Google happy, and we're trying to make the consumer happy. We want to rank, therefore we have to rank on Google or GBT or AI, whatever platform, don't care. And then when the consumer comes on, they need to be happy
2:27so that they convert into a paying client. A microsite, on the other hand, compared to the normal {quote} {unquote} business site, is one service, sometimes we fib on this a bit, one area, its own domain. Every page is aimed at the same intent and it reads as the answer to that exact search. Exact match domains have worked for 20 years and they still work. People in the comments say they don't work. They do work and I've seen them work in YMYL niches. Your money, your life niches. It works a lot. Doesn't work every time, but if we're dealing with $10
3:00experiments, that's okay. So, death depth plus an exact match domain, so we the name is the search, an exact match domain service plus area tells Google this site is about that one thing. The whole site backs up that concept and then here's what's fun. You can do that that concept on many different websites. Do little iterations. So, when someone types in electrician near me, Google is parsing through all these different websites to consider and if you've done this concept with multiple websites around a geographic area, you can show up, like I was showing you before, like Mark was in the community,
3:37for the top positions, which is wild, right? If you're taking over the top five positions or six effectively with AI overview, too, then people are going to click on your websites and you are going to make the money. But what does one of these websites look like? Now, this is one of my examples I've done on this channel on YouTube publicly with you in fact there's a I guess I'll have it in the description there's a video I build this website with you it's not perfect but I do it very very quickly with cloud code it looks pretty darn good we made some
4:04mistakes here such as not giving it you know images it actually came up with SVG images which is hilarious but this thing is it's proper in terms of structure so that it could rank well on Google you have different specific services such as sewer line replacement in Dallas Texas so you always marry the service plus the location but we're getting we're getting ahead of ourselves a bit all right so the microsite blueprint builds it for you so this is how we do it the microsite blueprint we're getting into the meat and potatoes so what I'm going to do I'm going to come over here to the
4:35academy come down here to the classroom can I find this thing I think it's in microsite Empire it is so you're going to come to microsite Empire you're going to come down to microsite blueprint for cloud code in this right here do you see it it's a zip file all you have to do is download that thing and you give it to your LLM of choice and all of a sudden you're going to be working with a properly in my opinion structured website that can rank on Google this is how we do it these are not small one page websites like rank and rent guys
5:04have done in the past why the heck would we ever build a one pager now when it takes practically the same amount of effort right to build a 50 pager let's just build a 50 pager and roll with it so the microsite blueprint it's going to build it for you right that's what's cool so you have one repeatable folder we have the same skeleton around 40 pages whatever and it can keep improving now we have five gates one clean site so we're going to do research and in the academy all of this is available to you right so you'll be able to see all of
5:33this so you have research you have the plan the structure the copy the build all of it it's not that complicated once you get into it and the idea is build four to six more around the city so you have your first website and then you can go northwest east south What we want to do here is is dominate a geographic area because what people do in real time is they type into Google a service plus a location. And the location is dependent upon typically where they live. Well, there's people who live everywhere in suburbia around the United States, right? That's how we do this. A whole
6:03site for under 12 bucks a year. How does this work? Well, we have plain HTML files, which the blueprint builds for us. We're going to push it to a free host. We're going to point the domain. Awesome. Easy. So, we have $10 domain per year, 11 bucks. And you can buy these in bulk. You can get the price down even further if you buy in bulk.
6:21You can negotiate. You have $0 hosting and then it's $12 per year per site or $10 or $6 depending upon what you negotiated. $10 in, thousands out. This can happen. It's not a guarantee, but think about it. One website, if it takes off and you build it right and you had the right service, location, all the goodies, Google's rewarding you and it starts to get leads in and you're selling those leads to contractors, you can rent it for a lot of money. And better yet, if you're the contractor yourself, very cool. You don't need Search Console though. People ask me all the time, look, am I going to
6:52hook up Google Analytics and Google Search Console? We don't hook up anything. I don't I I don't want to be connected to any of Google's um products for these type of websites, right? So, what we can do, we can use different tools to do that as well. Um so, give leads away first, then get paid. Do you feel me? Give away the leads away first.
7:12If it costs you your time and $10 to build a website that potentially can change the life of a contractor, give them leads away first. Build their trust, right? So, get one site live and wait. So, join the academy, get one site live and wait. Hand the contractors a free lead because nothing speaks volumes like, "Hey man, I've got this lead that just came in from Mr. Jones down the road. Are you interested?"
7:35How much is it going to be? It's nothing, man. It's all me and this first one's all me. Okay, great. And then you're going to build four to six more around the city. You can build 60 more. You keep feeding them free leads, they love it, and then ask if they want to keep it. And when it's put into practice, it starts to make a lot of sense. So, this website right here has two particularities, sewer line replacement, which is the service, in a particular area, Dallas, right? So, two things, pick your service and location. Always that. And you can
8:03see up here the logo, which is words, sewer line replacement Dallas. You look at the services, everything's related to that, right? Everything, everything. Every H2 relates to that. Every service we link down to relates to that. Everything relates to one service and one location. Now, we fib on it in the uh academy, we kind of teach how to expand that a bit, right? You can You can expand a bit, especially with service area. So, if I come over here to service areas, you can, depending upon how you want to do this, kind of branch out. Now, if you get more specific,
8:34usually the website is more potent, more um ability to rank higher, but you can, if you want to, expand your approach, too. But, the idea here is you give Google one choice for the best solution for their consumer, because ultimately Google All Google wants to do is have the best customer experience available. And if it comes to your website, it's like, man, this is the website for this thing in Dallas, then it's probably going to rank you pretty darn high.
9:00Coming back here, you can see other people having success in the community using these tactics. The idea is not terribly complicated, but what separates the people who are successful and not are the ones who decide scale, because if you're dealing with $10 websites, like, think about this. How the heck can you show up six times on page one and the AI overviews with a website or websites? With $10 websites, how can you do that? Well, not every website you build is going to be a banger. Not everyone is going to succeed, right? So, the people who do really well with this
9:28are the ones who understand scale. Because if I can build a $10 website and I'm competing against those who are usually building 3,000, 5,000, $10 websites, well, I should probably build 50 of them or 100 of them or 20 of them, right? If you're coming into this game and you think one website is going to be enough, you probably are not going to make it. But like I said, come join us, come to the classroom, come down here to the micro site empire, click right there for the specific thing, this is what you're looking for. That's a zip file, you give it to AI. You have 7 days free
9:57trial, come check it out.
