0:00This video will teach you three AI strategies we are using right now to make more money than ever online and it's based upon a proven strategy, which you're just going to see. So we might as well just jump into this. Okay, Jayden. So we have three things we're going to share. Yeah, our three favorite AI strategies to grow your econ business fast. So the first one is this custom GPT, which is plugged into, in my opinion, the most powerful data source of keywords for SEO, for ads, etc. So we're going to talk about how you prompt it, how you find the gold, and then how you incorporate that into your business to grow fast.

0:30Then we're going to talk about how you upload products, how you go from nothing to a good quality product listing that is better than anything else that's already out there, but you do it leveraging the power of AI. So it takes you 10 minutes rather than two, three, four hours. So you can grow fast. And then finally, we're going to talk about how you can cherry pick parts of other people's sites.

0:52So you can come on other sites that you like and say, Hey, I like that bit here. I like what they're doing there. And then basically just grab the code, use Claude, and then drop it into your Shopify site. So you can cherry pick how your page looks perfect. Yeah. All right, we're going to get into it before we do. I know you have two screenshots of recent stores you've started or partnered with. Let's jump into those. Yeah, I just don't know if we can do it live there. Yeah, I think this should work. I just wanted to talk about like what the whole point of this is really, which is the pace of growth.

1:22Right? Like you and I, we have a program where we teach this, we help people go from nine to five job to running one of these businesses and taking a six figure income, right? And most people want to do that fast. And you know, a year 18 months is not a bad timeframe. Most people have I said to you 18 months, you'll be out your job working for yourself making six figures, they probably take that. But ultimately, the faster we can do this, the faster we can help someone get to a life changing place, right? And this is just a nice illustration. These are two stores that I own actively, right?

1:52Now, and you can just see how fast it's changing in terms of how we can hit big numbers quickly. So this one up here, right? It's doing well. Okay, that's 526 k in pounds that works out about 750 k for the last 12 months when we started it, right? We started this pretty much 12 months ago, today, when we're recording. And, you know, that's, that's good. But ultimately, it's taken us, you know, 12 months to sort of hit that consistency of kind of bringing in roughly 78 80 k a month in revenue, which is probably an income of around 10 k per month in dollars, that the business owner can can put in their pocket if they want to write. And then here you can see it. I've started just three months ago, back in October, you can see it did 73 k in its first like 37 days, right? So literally under 40 days, and it's already hit $100,000 in revenue, it's already hit over 10 k in profit. And this is what we're really going for. And basically, this happened because

2:52of the strategies and more that we're about to show you. So should we dive in? You have your, the bottom one is your solo store, right? Correct. You? Yeah, so I'm partnered with another operator on this one. And then it's just me down here. Got it. Got it. How's it been going with your solo store since you launched it? Because that was three months ago. Yeah, I mean, it's good. It's, I feel very lucky to know everything I know now. Like I do. It's still recent enough that I can compare it to my original store. When I knew nothing, I had no experience, I was doing everything for the first time, how hard it was then, versus now and before AI as well, right? Now I have the full playbook, I know everything I want to do, it's second nature. And it's just about rolling it out. So I don't know, I think you set the the sites really high, like obviously, if I did $100k dollars in my first month, or my first store, I'd have been jumping up and down, whereas this was a bit more of a, okay, good. That's what I was hoping for expecting. But yeah, I do still stop sometimes. I think I'm

3:52so lucky to have developed to this level. But yeah, it's good. We hired a really good person who runs all of the operations now. So she's doing all the sales, she's doing all the customer service, which allows me to be in the seat that I love, which is just, you know, implementing the strategies, growing the business. Partnerships, that's what we're after, right? I mean, we're this is a series video three in the series. And we've talked about this. So you have a screenshot, if you pull it up your website that you sold for $700,000. And since then, me and you and Sean have partnered with other websites, right? The whole point of the 1% Ecom Club. And the reason we're doing these videos is to identify people who have high ticket ecom stores or want to do this, to hopefully eventually partner with us so that we can take it to the next level. But this is this is your web

4:37site, right? The one that you sold? Yeah, exactly right. And this one I had had an exit of $700k dollars, right, which was awesome. That was only two years after I first built it. And that's what you and I and Shauna are really in it for, right? We want to come into stores where there's a good operator, that we can basically just pour fuel on the fire and just grow them as quickly as possible. Because you do get, you get really, really strong multiples with these business bottles. So you know, seven figure exits, I think we're going to have quite a few of them over the next few years, which I'm really excited about. I know we all are.

5:09Yeah, me too. All right. So strategy number one with AI, what do we got? Okay, so I think on our last video, you said, if someone had told you this was possible two years ago, you'd have been mind blown, right? And I think this is like a foundation of a strategy, right? And it's how we apply this to some of the other aspects, like ads, etc. But we have here a tool that is part of our 1% Ecom Club, all of our tools, everything we show you here, it's all in there, right? And this, is basically a custom GPT that has instructions, where it can go and call one of the most powerful keyword data API is available, right? This thing powers Ahrefs, things like that, that you're used to paying, you know, hundreds for. And the reason I love this is because in this custom GPT, I can prompt it, and I can steer it in the direction I want to get me the data, so that I can find massive opportunities for growth. And essentially, what I've done here, as I can show you, we talked about in our last video, we talked about green

6:08houses, right? That was the niche we explored. So I've continued on with that for continuity. And I've basically said to it here, I've asked it to call the API and show me for a store that selling greenhouses and glass houses to residential users, you know, we're talking products in this range, the 1k to 15k, find me some really good commercial intent keywords, I want them to be specific, I want them to show me that the customer has a really clear idea of what they want to buy. And then because of my own experience of what makes a really good keyword to go after, I

6:38included things like brands, dimensions, sizes, features, functionality, materials, etc. And so what it does for me, and this is not really where I'm interested, right, this is kind of the really high, you know, broad brush ones, but where I get really excited is where I start to see things like polycarbonate lean to greenhouse, like that is a people might look at that here and think only around 100 searches. I'd imagine it's probably more, I think, notoriously, the smaller keywords are undercooled. But to be perfectly honest, if I can dominate this keyword, and I can hoover up 50%, 80% of these visitors, it's very realistic that this term could convert 1, 2, 3%, right? So if I'm bringing in 50, 70 of these searches per month, there's a good chance I'm getting a sale out of that. And that might be one of my 3k sales, of which I only need to do 30 to have a six figure a month business, right? And there's loads. And this is how I sort of uncovered the gold and started to piece together.

7:33How much do you have to invest? How much do you have to invest in a keyword like that for ads? Because me and you come from different sides of the field, right? Your ads, I'm SEO, that's why we partnered. So like that keyword right there, like if you set that up for your website, how much money are you throwing at that daily?

7:50Well, let's let's assume we go we go deep after this one, right? So we go for an ad group, we run these like single keyword ad group sometimes when we find a winner. Let's say we're doing this here. So let's let's call it 2% conversion rate, right? So we need 50 visitors to get a sale here. Let's assume the CPC is right. That looks that looks low to me, to be honest, is it a good quality keyword? But okay, let's let's take the data at face value, right? So on average, it's going to cost me between 50 and $60. In theory, if I can convert these customers at 2% to, to make a sale 50 $60 in spend to get those 50 or so users on the site to buy. Now, the average price point of this product is probably going to be two, three, maybe even $5,000, right? And my piece of that, because obviously, I've got to buy the product from the manufacturer. So that's not all profit for me. But let's let's use 3000 for nice simple numbers. And let's say I've got, I don't know, let's call it a 20% margin, which is

8:50normally around the floor. But that maybe that's where I've started. Maybe I've just launched this business, right? So of that 3000, I have 600 in gross profit to play with. So if I'm, you know, even if I'm converting these at 1%, and it's costing me 100, a little bit over $100 to, to acquire a sale there, I'm very, very right side up. So the and this is the whole point of this strategy, right? And this is what 99% of people are getting wrong when it comes to ads. And if we took a load of businesses right now, a load of

9:20business owners, and we said, How do you feel about ads, most will say, they feel like they're constantly battling for profitability, they feel like they're constantly kind of like outrunning the spend, they can make sales, but can they make them profitably. And it is because I have like a little illustration that I do here, is because what most people do, and Google doesn't help you here at all, like you have to go almost in the complete other direction to where Google steers you. But in any niche, there's top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel, right? Top of funnel is your things like greenhouses, greenhouse kit, and then you've got slightly

9:50more specific things. And then you've got really hyper specific things. And the really hyper specific things, they're what we want to find, they're what we want to get excited about. Because what 99% of people do, is they get loads of traffic for terms like this, because there's a lot of searches. That's where a lot of the volume is. That's where Google will serve you and serve you and serve you. And they run one campaign and they bid the same on greenhouse, as they do on 12 by 16 lean to greenhouse. And that means that really big portion of their budget is spent

10:20here, where they don't make many conversions. And not a lot of their budget is spent down here. Now we do the complete opposite, we spend very little up here, just a little bit to learn. And we're happy that we're, you know, that even if there's 10,000 searches for greenhouses, and we're only hoovering up one 2%, that's fine, as long as we are hoovering up a really high percentage of these keywords, and a good percentage of these keywords, because they are where the conversions happen. And that is how we make our advertising budget go so far. Like I would say one of our stores, I would be expecting to do at least 10x ROAS, if not 15, 20, 25 on some of the best keywords, right? And that is where it becomes a money printing machine, right? But only if you do it correctly with this keyword lens.

11:06Now, with the website that you showed us, the sales, right, your website, your solo website, did you even mess with the top of funnel stuff for keywords on ads? There's really minimal top of funnel stuff, like we certainly wouldn't have had a conversion from top of funnel, I would only expect top of funnel to convert very, very occasionally, right? So this 73 came pounds, this has come primarily from really, really hyper focused keywords. And sure, I'm lucky, right? I can kind of, I'm going to spot them a little bit now. I've had enough time in enough various stores that sometimes I can, you know, I can look at a list like this, and I can look at a few and go, that feels like it's going to be

11:45a winner. And so sometimes in the early days, you have to guess which are going to be the best keywords. And then obviously, three, six months down the line, you actually know that, okay, heavy duty greenhouse kits converts really well for us. Or you know, it's that that particular size converts really well. But I guess I get to skip it a little bit because of that, I suppose, call it intuition. But really, it's just a case of doing this research, getting AI to sift through all the data with the right lens, find them for me, apply the strategy. And that is a

12:15huge game changer for not having to go through that learning period, not to mention like so many people struggle for profitability in the early days. And that causes some people to quit because they're, they're misusing their own budget. All right, let's call that AI tech number one, what's number two, let's keep it rolling. Nice. Okay, so it's a number two. And this is probably my favorite use case for AI, because of how much time and headache it's it saves, right. And in high ticket drop shipping, look at this site, right? Okay, this is one, to be clear, this is one I built, I built this in a couple of hours, I built it basically to show our community how quickly you can go from niche to having a site live that you can get suppliers that you can get products on, right? And we need quite a few products. And I'm not talking hundreds, we don't need a

13:03huge catalog to get going. But we probably want 3050 maybe even 100 products to launch our store with. And if you if you come and look through this store, you'll see like aluminium burglars, we've got, I don't know, let's call it 50 products, we've probably got 20 fire pits, you know, a bunch of outdoor furniture products. Okay, so all of these need to have good quality product descriptions. And you can see if I come into one, like every single one of our products, if we come into the description will have like a properly laid out well thought out structured product description. And at the very very beginning of this store, I had to write all of these and it took me so much time you let's say I went to go live with 50 products, that's probably me looking at 100 hours worth of product uploading just to get live and start being able to make a sale, right? Alongside a nine to five job, that's a huge commitment. Now, the answer is not basically using AI to generate really, really poor quality product descriptions and just chucking them up because I'll

14:03ultimately, it's not gonna look good to your customer, it's not gonna look good to your supplier, it's also going to harm Google's opinion of your site. So like a lot of what we do here, we take the principles of what we do really well manually. And then we use AI just to accelerate the whole thing. So we have a product uploading GPT in the 1% ecom club, and it is really, really well prompted, right? It's got a huge amount of instructions of how it must use the information to create a good product page. It has knowledge of this is what my ideal customer looks like for this business. This is what a proper in markdown product page structure looks like in terms of how I want it to be laid out, how I want it to look to the customer to Google. And then it also has a style guide of making sure we don't have loads of fluff, loads of waffle, all that sort of thing. And then we feed the model with essentially when we want to create, and I've just picked this product at random, we want to create a product page for this. This is a real supplier that I know people in our community have

15:03worked with in the past, right? So these guys approve us and we need to get their products up. We basically feed the model with Okay, here's the supply URL. Here's some of the specs. This is the brand. Here's some competitor URLs that we might say I think they've done quite a nice job. Here are the related keywords. And, you know, we might go into this in the future. But a really easy way just to get these is I have a Chrome extension that just shows me, okay, what does Google know, people are searching alongside these because it's a good to weave those into the product description because it's good

15:33relevance for the customer. So it's a great relevance for Google. And that's it, right? Probably takes me, let's say a minute to pull these pieces of information together. And I have a really, really strong product description that's ready for me just to drop into my Shopify store. And I can have confidence that this looks good to Google is properly unique. And because we have done all of our upfront work to get a really high quality work to put the AI model in a position to produce a really high quality output, we now have something that, as you can see, it's not generic, it actually gets into the proper kind of emotion, for example, you can see the way it's sort of copywriting here. And that's because the style guide and the information we give it it's, it's hitting the emotion of why someone wants to buy this, not just regurgitating facts and figures, whilst also making sure it gets the core information in there, that allows you to have a VA a team member go in there instead of you doing it. You know, hey, look, look, use this tool, get rolling, boom, done.

16:34All right, so that's number two, what's number three? Number three is interesting. This is where we get technical, right? The third way to use AI with ecom stuff, what do we got? Yeah, this is one of my favorites, in the sense of like, it just allows you to completely customize your page. So I've built multiple stores, right? Like, as we've seen, many, many millions in online sales, and I can't really code. It's not it's not my strong suit, I can, you know, just about get by these days. So this is a nice way of me to come on to any store and go, Hey, I like that. And this, this could be anything, right? But I just picked this at random, because I thought the way this sort of secure checkout module looks,

17:11showing the payment methods, I just thought it was a nice thing to have on every product page, makes customers feel, you know, trust around your store. And then also obviously shows the options you're giving them. And this is the sort of thing that people often will spend hours and hours doing, or they'll pay a developer to do. Or indeed, they'll think I haven't got time for that right now. So I'll just go from a more basic product page. And, you know, this one thing here, is it going to change the world of our conversion rate? Probably not. But if we stack 510 of these on top of each other, yeah, for sure it is. And so,

17:40all I've done here is just, you know, basically showing you we can come on to any site, we can look at our competitors or anyone, indeed, and basically just if we click inspect, which is just, you know, normally right click, and then an option. And then you can hover over the bit that you like. And then what I do is I come in, I click on it, and I come in here, and I just grab what is called the outer HTML. Okay. And then when I've got that, I can come into Claude, and I can bet and I give it a screen screenshot generally as well, just so it kind of knows what I'm talking about. But

18:10I give it the screenshot of, hey, this is the thing that I like. And I would like it for my Shopify store. And then here's the outer HTML. And I just asked it to produce something custom liquid that I can drop straight into my Shopify store. And then you can see here live, I just copy this, which is spat out for me from one prompt. And then I come into the store I mentioned that I built the other night as a demo store, I can literally just come in here and say, Okay, that might look nice under the Add to Cart button. So let's just put some custom liquid in there. And then thank you to Claude,

18:40for producing that for me. There we go. I can save that that's on my store. Now it's on every product page. And you know, I could maybe just sit down for two hours and decide, right, let me look through some competitors, pick five to 10 things that I think they're doing really well, for conversion real optimization, pull them across onto my store, I've just upgraded all of my product pages, very, very quickly and easily. Well, custom liquids, I went down the rabbit hole, man, you can get lost in that. And it's good for CRO. Alright, so to end the video, if someone are

19:13already has an ecom store, right, they can join the 1% ecom club, they can learn more, they can accelerate faster, and eventually, hopefully, join a partnership with me, you and Sean buckles, we bring the SEO side, you bring the pay dad side. Awesome, good partnership. But for newbies, if you're new at this, like what should they do? Well, similar path, just slightly further upstream. So I mean, essentially, if you come into an ecom club, you'll find 150 plus people who are actively doing this, right? And like, you can see it's there's a lot of people sharing and you know, some people it's I just hit a million, some people it's I just got my first supplier, right? And then we essentially have a weekly call where we mentor the community. But we also have this classroom, this program, where literally every single step is laid out for you. So how to choose a niche, how to build your first store. And we're talking like me showing you on screen, how to use all these tools, giving you links to them, every single step, right? Because we want to set

20:13you up for success, we want to get you into the bit where you start making sales, because to be honest, for an extent, then our job is somewhat done. And we just need to give you the strategies to grow faster. And then those who should show themselves as the best operators, they'll be the ones we have conversations with about about partnering. But to be honest, in terms of knowledge, community support, and then also the literal, you know, materials, links, resources, it's all here.

20:37So there you have it. That's the three AI strategies that are very, very powerful. Some are simple, some are a little bit more complicated. But listen, if you like this, this is video number three in a series, right? Check out the first one, second one, this one is subscribe to the channel, join the 1% Ecom Club, and I'll see you
