This sheet is exactly what I use on a daily basis to keep my organization in check. If you host this in a Google documents (sharable) you can also scale over time, sharing the sheet with others. You can easily incorporate SOPs (standard operating procedures) and refer back to your master sheet. I typically replicate and create new tabs for multiple hubs.
