0:00If you want to learn how to build a microsite, here's your video. Take an industry in 50 cities. So, if we want to dominate a vertical, a niche, let's do it in 50 cities. I'll show you exactly how to do it. We're going to go after a whole industry. We're going to pick one blue-collar service and roll with it, but we're going to skip the biggest city. Most people make this mistake.

0:16They think of Utah, they think of Salt Lake City, they think of Maryland, they think of Baltimore. I want to attack Baltimore. No, you can't do that because it's too much competition. So, we're going to go for the second biggest city, right? Maybe the third, fourth biggest city. Why? Because there's less competition, there's plenty of demand. There's plenty of demand. So, 50 second cities, one per state. This is what it's going to look like for us. Quite literally, every one of these boxes is going to have a microsite built. So, you have Tucson, you have Madison, Chattanooga, and so on and so forth.

0:44Instead of building for Baltimore, we're going to build for Annapolis. That's kind of the idea here. Keep it rolling. So, every one of these cities is going to get a microsite. It's going to have a EMD. And yes, EMDs still work. Here's the proof. This is the Rank Expander Academy. And if we haven't met, my name is Jesse. I make six figures a month using different AI tactics. You can see here, Brandon had 300 plus leads Friday through Tuesday. Pretty darn good. Mark had This is one of my favorite. Mark had uh six different websites show up on page one and the AI overview. So, he has

1:13six different microsites that show up on page one of Google. Like, who do you think is going to get the leads? Mark's going to crush it. And then you can see all the other successes here. But what I want to show you here is come down to the classroom, come down to Microsite Empire. And this right here is probably my favorite thing, one of my favorite things in the community. Microsite Blueprint for Cloud, it says zip file that we're going to use later in this video. Now, Bird's Eye View is the blueprint writes each site as a flat HTML website. Why? Because it's cheap,

1:38it's easy, it's fast. If you've ever looked at a WordPress website versus a flat HTML website, night and day, right? Flat HTML is where it's at if you can do it, and that's how we do it. We're going to research, we're going to plan, we're going to structure copy, and then the flat HTML is out. When we're successful, right, one city becomes a stack. So, if we're going to do 50 different cities, coming back over here, not all of them are going to be successful. That's okay, but the ones that are successful, what we can do is build around it. And this

2:04is the star method. So, let's say this was Annapolis in the center, well, then we're going to build north towards, you know, Baltimore, whatever it is, west, east, south. We're going to expand our footprint. So, 50 microsites is going to become more over time based upon the data, right? And back in the day, this is what I'm most excited about. 50 cities was near impossible, very, very hard. Why? Because it would take a team of people to build these microsites. And a lot of people on the channel comment and it's like, "Oh, man, this SEO, your ideas are from way back in the day."

2:33It's like, maybe a lot of them are, but the difference is nowadays we have AI to scale, right? I could tell you stories about how hard it was to build these back in the day, but let's keep it moving. So, Cloudflare is going to register all 50 at cost. So, Cloudflare registrar sells domain at wholesale with zero markup. So, a .com is around $10 a year, and that's the cheapest anywhere, and you get bulk pricing and it can be even better. And what's cool is, if I come back here, Cloudflare recently launched a domain registration API.

3:02Let's click on this. Let's look at it. So, register domains wherever you build. Cloudflare registrar API now available in beta. So, basically, if you're using Claude or CodeX, you can have it register domains for you at scale. This whole concept would be very, very easy for me to build 50 microsites in one day. Now, we should stay here for a little bit. Claude code runs the whole machine. On this website, or rather computer right now, it's running and it's building a website, a microsite for me. It takes like 30 minutes of not my time, of Claude code's time, right? It

3:30takes me about 5 minutes to build it, and you can do it at bulk, right? Claude code is going to run the whole machine. So, here's the setup. Claude code instance with the microsite blueprint zip embedded right inside of it. Remember what I showed you earlier? That's what it's talking about. It already knows the exact structure and the SEO rules, and it talks to the Cloudflare API directly. Anytime you have APIs, it makes your life way easier. All you have to do is say a few things in Cloud Code, you're off to the races. So, the blueprint lives inside.

3:58It calls the Cloudflare APIs and it writes and edits the HTML. Because we have a flat HTML website, it makes this whole process so much easier, cheaper, more effective. Very, very good. So, one pipeline, 50 sites live. We're going to have Cloud Code. It has the blueprint embedded. It writes each site. The registrar API registers the EMD at cost. Cloudflare deploys it. It hosts. also hosts the flat HTML. And that's it. Now, taking a step back because we're going to get into the weeds here in a second.

4:26I want you to realize you're you're in a big competition. If you want to do this, if you want to join the community and learn how to do this and get the zip file and all the things, this is a competition and time is running out in two aspects because there's more and more people building these websites and the cost of AI may go up, right? We all know Anthropic is running at a loss right now trying to get adoption. You have an opportunity right now to build these things like at zero cost, essentially, right? 50 cities would cost me about $500 a year, all in. That is

4:56crazy. 50 separate domains that could potentially pull in leads is absolutely insane. The blueprint and also hits factors that matter. So, the whole idea of the zip file, the blueprint, is like, let's build this right the first time. Let's get all the beats. Let's hit all the beats correctly. So, we have a dedicated page for every service. We are geo-relevant content for the cities and its neighborhoods. We have EMDs. We have internal linking. And we have content volume, clean site structure. It's mobile and secure by default. Google is looking at all these things determining what website is going to rank, right?

5:29And what it does and what we see with all of our microsites is Google gives it a chance. And then there's volatility on your charts. It's like, okay, that's Google giving it a chance. And then at that point, you better have made a website that's good enough to retain the client's interest and actually satiate their query. If they're looking for, say, a roofer in Baltimore, they better be able to come on to your website and get what they are asking for because Google looks at these engagement signals almost more than anything now. Now, if you're really cooking, what you can do

5:56is directories cuz if you build a directory, you can feed the link factors at scale. So, the whole reason of going after one vertical, eventually finding the vertical that you love, is that you can build a directory to superpower all of your websites. So, I don't want to talk about that too much. You can also get a Google Business Profile profile per city pointed at the money page. We don't require this. Most of our, if not like 90 plus percent of our microsites have no Google Business Profile, but you might need one. You might want to do it.

6:21That's old school, but it still works. At 50 cities, do not look like a farm. So, what gets wiped out, and this is important, is the same page with the city swapped. If you're going to do templated content right now, you're losing the narrative. It's not a good look, right? If you have all 50 cities interlinked into one web or trying to push up one website as the money page, that's a private blog network, we don't want to do that. And then this 50 sites published in one day, might want to hold off on that, too, right? What survives is unique semantic content per city,

6:49separate standalone sites, not a network, and a steady rollout, and re- real detail per page. So, each city rents to a local contractor. How do we make money with this thing? We get a city ranking and call in, right? Hand a contractor a free lead or a week's worth of free leads, then lease them the calls. And then you can repeat in 50 different cities. The hope is, because you're doing one vertical, that you can you can have an asset that has enterprise value eventually. You can also have a contractor say in Maryland who's happy and successful with you refer his buddy in Pennsylvania. This is

7:21the basic concept of rank and rent. Each city rents to a local contractor where they're going to pay you either per month, per lead, or percentage of the job. But let's keep it moving. The phone is going to answer itself in every city. This is what sets our websites apart from most websites. We can do two things. We can set up an AI agent, like we're doing here, or we can just forward the calls to the contractor. Regardless, we are going to record each call, but let's say we're doing the AI voice setup. We have one tracked line per city. An AI voice agent picks up and the

7:50lead lands ready. So, the contractor essentially is getting a qualified lead. They get to listen to the call. They get to read the transcript and a synopsis of the call. They're very, very happy with that, right? And here's the math of 50 city industry. If you had 20 cities rented at $1,500 a month, it could be a pretty big month for you. Now, I think that's kind of inflated numbers. I think the reality is going to be less than that. I think it's going to be a foot in the door for you to build these out, right? And then you're going to build a

8:19relationship with these different contractors and figure out what they need, what they want, what cities they want to attack that they wish they had more work in. The whole idea here is if you can build, right? If I came back here, if you can build 50 websites for $500 and a little amount of work on your end, that is a door opener, right? Where you can build these relationships with contractors that can last for years.

8:41Now, here's the whole stack, right? We're going to build it and host it quad code with the blueprint zip embedded. Cloudflare register API to register at cost. Cloudflare to host the flat HTML. Listen, if you've never used flat HTML, please consider it. It's way better than WordPress. And then quad edits the HTML in plain language. Then we're going to rank and rent. We're going to use EMD, the star method layer cake structure. I talk about all these on this channel.

9:03Directories and a Google business profile per city if you want to go that route. Track numbers and a AI receptionist and free leads first, then monthly rent. That's the whole system, right? There's specifics, there's nuance, there's minutia, right? But this right here is how it works. Coming back to the academy, remember this is where the zip file lives under the classroom microsite empire microsite blueprint for quad code. And remember, we have a 7-day free trial. So, if you want to come and join everyone else who's doing it here, what I tell everyone, and we're pretty strict about this, too, is if you're

9:33going to join this, we're looking for positive people who are willing to help each other. And that's why we have so much activity on this community of people helping each other because at the end of the day, I talked to you about relationships with contractors. Well, the goal here is to build relationships with each other so we can help each other and and kind of build each other's businesses up.
