0:00Microsites are one of the biggest opportunities right now. A lot of people are sleeping on it. I'm going to build one with you right now in this video. Let's go over. We're going to use Claude code. I like Claude code. We're going to use chat GPT. So, how I like to do this is Claude code is the builder. GPT is the conversationalist, right? Easiest way because I like to have two AIs going at once. And what we're going to use here is this. So, you can come into the Rank Expander Academy. You can come down here to the microsite Empire right here.

0:28And you're going to click this microsite blueprint for Claude code. You're going to click this and this is a zip file. So, I've already downloaded it. And what I'm going to do, I'm going to use that. I'm going to give it to Claude code. I'm going to show you how easy this darn thing is. But, let's start at the start. We need We need design. Let's talk about design, right? So, I asked chat GPT, who are the biggest roofing, siding, and plumbing websites in the US? And it said, here's roofers, here's siding, and here's plumbers. Cool. What are we going to do?

0:54What I could say is give me the give me the URLs for each because if you didn't know, Claude code has the ability to basically use vision to see different websites. So, what I could do is I come over here and I'm going to say, let's copy this. Come down here. I'm going to say you're going to locally build a microsite. And you are going to emulate the best parts of these websites designs.

1:24Don't copy, just be inspired, right? So, typically how we create things in real life, not digitally, is be inspired by other artists. So, when you kind of approach Claude code in this manner, you're going to be able to have a better product at the end. Now, one of the most important things about a microsite is picking a niche that can actually make money. We're going to do sewer line replacement in Dallas, Texas. You can use this tool right now for free if you want. It gives you a score. Now, it looked good. Like these two, A and B, look great. Competition is low. Map pack

1:54opportunity is low. Local demand is D and ticket price is F. I'm going to take that with a grain of salt because I know I just know that sewer line replacement is a high-ticket item. So, if your sewer line gets disrupted and someone has to dig it out and replace it, it's thousands of dollars. So, use this tool, but use it with a grain of salt. And what we're going to do, we're going to come back over here and we're going to say use what is in this zip folder. So, this is the zip that we got from the Rank Expander Academy to understand the

2:19concept of what a proper microsite is. And the niche I want for this particular microsite is to be on sewer line replacement in a location in Dallas, Texas. Make the brand sewer line replacement. And hit enter. So, what we've just done is we've fed one of the most powerful AIs in the world that does coding, can do HTML and CSS very, very easily. And we'll talk about the price to build these and how to host it. Um everything it needs. Now, a few quick notes. As it's running, you can click here and you can see what it's doing.

2:46So, check the zip file, da da da da da. It's reading all the things in the zip, the Claude MD, the index, the site architecture, right right here, the site architecture. It gives everything, right? Everything is here that you need. And we give down here, I'm going to zoom in, bypass permissions. So, if you use Claude code, I like to bypass permissions. You can use Opus 5, Fable, whatever may be the best model right now, right? So, it said blueprint absorbed. Here's what I'm building. Then I'll get to work. Framework rules I'm following. So, flat root level slugs, hub and spoke linking, eight core, eight

3:21supporting, four service, etc., etc. Um assumptions. It's going to do the whole darn thing. And there's a good chance because we fed it. And I don't know the outcome. Like we're doing this live. There's a good chance this one prompt, one crack, you know, one time go, is going to build a website that's better than 90% of local business websites that are online right now. Coolest part about Claude code and all the AI, you can just let it cook, right? And if we haven't met, right, I want to introduce myself.

3:46My name is Jesse. I make six figures a month using different AI tactics. This This my community, the Rank Expander Academy. Pretty darn cool. Hundreds of people are in here are learning these exact tactics and they're learning more than just that. So, I think there's easier ways to get the cash flow immediately. So, if you're strapped for cash and you want to make money online, I think there's better ways than what I show you in this video, right? But, I would do both things. So, the thing I would go to immediately if you're strapped for cash is 90 days to freedom. Learn how to get

4:13cash flow to yourself. Active cash flow. When you have cash flow, you can do fun things like this. So, we should talk about the money, right? This does cost money to do. How much does a microsite cost? It costs as much as a domain name costs. Have you ever gone to GoDaddy? You pay like 11, 12 bucks. That's it. That's have to pay nowadays.

4:31If you already have an AI working on the job, right? So, I have Cloud Code, I pay like 200 bucks a month. So, what? You don't need the top plan like I have. You can do the lower plan. Is it 20, 30 bucks a month? You can make this happen. One microsite costs less than $1 a month nowadays, even to host it. Because if you build in static um let's say without this. If you build in static HTML, right? You can host it in places that are hyper affordable. Now, I see a problem here we should probably talk about. And here we go. It's already

5:01doing a thing. It's already pumping it out. It's done 12 minutes of work as I've rambled here on this video. It says it's almost done, too. So, not bad. But, I see here. Now, let's do custom SVG illustrations. This is a problem because my prompt in the beginning kind of sucked. I just tried to do a bare-bone minimum. I gave it the zip. I gave it some niches niches and I gave it some design to follow.

5:21And it tried to do custom SVG illustrations instead of stock photography. What I should have done is just given it my API for pixels or Pexels is the website, right? There's a bunch of them. But, it could have gone out, grabbed stock photography. It could have used its vision to verify they were good images instead of just relying on the file names and ran with it, right?

5:41But, it's still going to work. Let's see what it does. It's about to be finished. Now, here's the home page that it came up with. It's not bad. It's not great. I think it really sucks because there's no stock imagery on it. If you don't have imagination, you're going to say this stinks. But, if you have imagination, you understand that all I would have to do is put a plumber photo right here and it's it's really cooking. We're cooking with fire, right? So, let's look here at the super header. We have live crews on call 24/7 across DFW.

6:06All right, we have a little blinking green light. I didn't ask for it. It just did it. Licensed and insured Texas plumber. 0% financing available. I mean, we would have to tighten up the copy because obviously I'm not a licensed and insured Texas plumber, right? We're just doing this as an example. Um yet again, nice little blinky green custom thing. Same week starts across DFW. And then, here is the H1 of the website. So, like I was saying, in the academy, we have a very particular way we build these microsites. So, the H1 on the home page matters a lot, right? Sewer line

6:38replacement in Dallas. That's there for a reason because that right there, guess what, is what people search in Google. We want everything to be headed in the same direction with these websites. Whatever someone types into Google, like whatever that is, is our focus. Period, right? Make it your job to match that however you can. Coming down here, when a Dallas sewer line fails, it fails for a reason. And this is the SVG it came up with. Kind of ridiculous that Claude code can do this to begin with, right?

7:08It has the house drain. It drew a custom diagram. I think it sucks for this website for like a client facing website, but I'm in awe that Claude can just bust this out in 12 minutes with custom SVGs. It's wild times, right? What we do, we do sewer line replacement, trenchless replacement, sewer line repair. These are sub niches. It's a beautiful thing. Four steps, no surprises, camera and locator, flat rate and price. Do you realize I mean, how much time Look, we have we have pricing It's it's intense. Another SVG. What you actually get, a bursting head right here, blah blah blah. I don't know, you

7:42know, the particulars about this niche myself, but Claude does, AI does. It It can write better than any human, in my opinion, right? What Dallas neighbor say? So, these would be fake testimonials, might want to reconsider that. Um serving serving Dallas and the cities around it. We would have different service areas, another SVG right here, pretty wild. Sewer replacement questions we get every week, so frequently asked questions, the homepage. As you can see, it's pretty darn beefy. And if you add some pixels, some stock photography, pexels, I guess is the word, whatever.

8:14Get your stock photography from where from where you want, then you're really cooking with fire. Hopefully, it becomes obvious how people are doing a lot of different microsites, like if you're good at this, your focus should be on niche selection and soliciting people so you can sell the leads of the microsites, too, right? Don't build one microsite and expect success. That's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. But, it starts somewhere. I get that you got to build your first.

8:40There's people on here who are closing in on 100 different microsites. It's not hard. There's people who do it faster than me. And he they told you in the community how they do it, right? They do it in under, I think it is 12 minutes for one microsite, and they do it in a similar manner, uh flat HTML CSS, because it's just the most effective, the cheapest way to do it. Now, checking in on what the heck Claude is up to. So, what it's built so far is the homepage, and it built the core hub pages, and this is all terminology. Did the four

9:08service pages. How we build these is very particular. The six uh 26 location pages is next generated from a table data table, so each has genuinely local content. So, how we build these, like the zip file is the gold. What we learned is as we were in the academy, people build these a million different ways. So, having the zip file, right, allows you to use codex, Claude code, whatever, replit, which uses other things. You can use lovable. It doesn't matter. Now that you have the zip, which is basically our brains, how we do this exactly, the AI can come in here and

9:43just read everything. It's like, "Okay, yeah, no problem." Now, if you learn the skills in this video, you're going to see a whole world of opportunity open up to you because you become this special type of weapon, {quote} {unquote}, that can build websites, do SEO, go scale, right? You can scale like no one else. It's pretty ridiculous. And then if you put that to use in SEO agency and other places we teach in the academy, it gets pretty darn wild. So, it built 46 pages.

10:07We're very close now, but there's an important note here that I really like. It said, "I'm going to do a validation pass." And it said there's no broken links. There's valid schema everywhere. That's an important one. Schema is the invisible code on a website that is or isn't there. First off, most websites don't have schema at all, but it allows AI for Google, for different search engines to see what your website's all about and decide whether or not it wants to rank them. It's a ranking factor. We have proper schema everywhere. And then it said, "We're fixing the duplicate title, the long metas, and the thin

10:39location pages." We never want thin pages. So, the cool part is we gave it all this stuff, right? Remember? We gave it all this stuff, the design stuff, all of it. And now it's doing a pass over. It had 46 pages built. It's going to review every single page in turn and decide whether or not it wants to present the website to me for review.

10:58Now, there's other ways to do this, but I do think it all comes back to this right here. Will that niche actually make money? So, in this video you saw how fast it is to build a website, and there is faster ways to do it, but this is the simplest way. Very simple prompts make it happen, right? But you have to start here. Will that niche actually make money? Because if you're going to go head-to-head with a Goliath, like let's say you want to make money by selling leads in the plumbing niche, and you just do a general plumbing website,

11:22good luck, it's not going to work out. Sewer line replacement is a sub niche within plumbing, okay, you have a better shot. That's why we went after this. Now, let's come back here. Let's see how we're doing. It said it's now trimming the homepage to fit the blueprints 1200 to 2000 word cap. Really like it. Let's click here. Rebuilding and validating. So, it rebuilt and revalidated. Click here. It's doing all the different things.

11:45Right? I love it. It's very nice to have AI agents doing things for you instead of you like wasting time doing it yourself and having to wait around for it to do it. Have a process that it will automatically check your work so that you can click a button and you can go have some snacks like I do and I probably shouldn't have snacks right now, but we're eating snacks even though it's late at night. And then come back and then your website's done. Now, Quality is technically still working, so we're going to let it do its thing, but we're still going to poke around. So,

12:12there's new pages. So, we have our services page. Everything we do happens below the ground. Coming down here, these should internally link to our service pages. So, we have 1 2 3 4 service pages. We can click here sewer line replacement in Dallas. You can see this is built in a very particular manner. The anchor text is very very particular. This stuff matters if you want a website to rank, right? Coming down here. Okay, where do we do work? We do it in Dallas, Irvine. Let's click This is interesting.

12:39I'm kind of tempted to click it. I'm not going to click it. Let's stay on course. Let's go to one of our service pages. Nice. We have a call to action form filled to the right. Now, with our microsites we have an AI agent answer the phone calls, right? And then if someone fills out a form, we send the form immediately to a client. So, we get leads two different ways. Sewer line replacement in Dallas, Texas. Love it.

13:01Good H1. Blah blah blah. Coming down here, another internally linking card for all of our service areas. And then just more stuff. A lot of different stuff, right? And it has the SVG or G files. Pretty ridiculous. I am still amazed that it did all of that. That is crazy to me. Um big pages. Big big pages. Now, if you try to just ask AI to do this, it's going to give you wimpy little thin pages. You have to be very particular about the structure of the website, right? Let's come over to service areas. Let's see how it did here, where we replace sewer lines,

13:34Dallas County, and the city's ringing it. Okay, nice. Um yet again, this is like a custom weirdness it did. I don't like those, but I made a mistake. Easily could fix that. All right, let's come down to and and mind you, it has all these different service pages. This is how you rank a website nowadays, a local business website. It is it is very much so powered by local um service location pages, right? I can I can say words tonight. It's getting a little late, so give me a little grace here. Um all right, service areas. We're going to have 26 of them. Let's come to

14:05about what the company does. Looks nice, da da da. Some of it is fictional fictionalized, right? So, we should probably replace that. Frequently asked questions, pretty darn nice. And contact. Could I ask Contact form is nice. Could I ask AI to do, you know, some things and change it up? Sure. I mean, that's the easy part. It's kind of the fun part, too. It's still making changes as we speak. It says there's two real mobile bugs. The trust bar never collapses. Da da da. So, you know, the thing has been working 53 minutes on Claude code, but I've been you know,

14:40downstairs eating snacks, working on different projects. It's very easy to build a microsite nowadays. And if you're into it, join the academy, right? There's a 7-day free trial. Why wouldn't you join? It's one of the most popular school communities on the whole platform. We have tons of stuff here. I didn't scroll down for you previously, but there's tons of stuff. We can talk about off-page SEO. We can talk about semantic branching, which is a technique we use to rank websites. We could talk about all sorts of stuff. But, if you're into microsites particularly, come over here, microsite empire, come down here

15:10to the microsite zip, boom, right there. And you can do it by any different ways. There's many ways to do this, but it's just becoming more and more I would say effective and easier to do.
