0:00This video will show you how to rank 30 websites in the time it takes most people to rank one website on Google. So, how to rank any local business on Google and not just one website. Let's do many websites. We're going to go over comments in this channel for better or for worse based upon what you've said. A tiny site that rings a phone. This is the concept with a micro site. You build, you rank, you call, you get cash, right? Let's keep it rolling. Some people say it's spam. It's a PBN. Google will ban you. And someone said, "Imagine

0:26everyone builds 30 of these websites each and then Google finds out and it starts banning those for spamming." And someone else said, "This is a PBN and Google detects it. You're just going to have a bad time." Now, here's an example of a micro site some people call spam. And you can be the judge, right? We're going to talk about a few things in this channel. We're going to talk about the golden connection later in this video, which is a bonus, but this is a micro site right here. This is what it looks like. We've built out this together on

0:50this channel, and we've used AI to do it 100%. Now, how much does it cost to build something like this? It costs pennies compared to what it used to cost a website. Probably a thousandth of the price for a conventional local business. And some people will freak out and say it's not as good. Do you know what good means on a website? Good is that someone fills out this form here and calls. All that matters here is cash flow via intake of leads. Now, pay attention because we are definitely going to move fast. So, one skill ranking local intent. So, two completely different

1:20uses. So, we can do two methods. method. I'm going to teach you two methods in this video with a bonus at the end. So, path A is make your real business unbeatable. So, let's say you own a plumbing company. We point this engine at your actual website in your real Google profile and make you own the whole metro. You're going to see how this works. And then path B is you can build a network and rent the calls. So, path A is for those who are business owners. You already own the business.

1:47You'll run the leads yourself. Awesome. Path B is for those who want to sell them. And that's rank and rent. Now, the star method is for if you want to own the whole metro and this is what it looks like. So, this is Miami and let's say you wanted to rank in this local area. Well, you're going to have websites around the suburbs of Miami.

2:05And here's another location in Indianapolis. Same idea. You have a website for the main Indianapolis area, but also in the surrounding suburbs. Now, in the beginning of this video, I flashed these screenshots. What are these? This is the intake of leads from the micro sites I've built over the years. I have over 50 of these producing leads every single day. The idea for me is to sell them back to contractors. How do we do this? Well, we can do it three primary ways, which we'll talk about.

2:31But if we haven't met, my name is Jesse Cunningham. I run the Rank Expand Academy. I make six figures a month using different AI tactics, and I've gotten thousands of leads off the concept I'm telling you in this video. Now, before we get moving, I need to go over these with you because if you're someone who owns a local business or you want to do this, you need to understand how to rank a conventional website.

2:50We're going to talk about micro sites, which are extra, but to rank any local business, this is how you do it. You're going to fill out every single box on your profile. That's Google business profile. And you're going to use all your categories. Number three, you're going to build service and location pages, which I'm going to show you here in a second. You're going to answer the phone every single time. Did you know Google will track whether or not you answer the phone? There's a thing called singleton abandonment in the HCU documents which basically says Google knows whether or not someone's satiated

3:20when they go to a website. We don't have to go down the rabbit hole, but basically answer your darn phone. That's what I have to say about that. Get reviews by text. Always reviews. One, clean name, address, and phone number. That matters, right? NAP. Post to your profile weekly. You have a Google business profile. Well, you should use everything that Google gives you with it, which is posting to it. You can do a post on your Google business profile.

3:43Add real photos often. Did you know Google can tell if a photo is AI or not, and Google can tell where the photo is taken, so it matters. I recommend to clients, if you're going to do it yourself, take a photo with your phone, upload it through your phone. Google knows exactly where that photo is taken. It matters. Local truth on every page that's on the website and verified citations only. Now, if you look here, these are service location pages. So, this matters a lot for ranking. was one of the top 10. So for your service, which in this case is slab leak repair

4:15in XYZ, you need to force feed Google exactly where you do business and what you do. And the keywords matter so much. Now, what you can do, and I've done this on this channel with this website, is go down the rabbit hole and speak specifically about the location that you do business in. It's not good enough anymore to just do templated pages because people like me are going to get more specific about each location. So if you come here, we have USDA documents, US consensus data, consensus data about this area. Which peach land neighborhoods do you cover? Look, Shadow Creek Ranch, and it talks about the

4:51specifics of that area. I don't know anything about this, but the way that we built this through AI, it went out, it scraped their certain things on the internet and came back with it and it linked to it. Now, visually, this is what a website should look like. You have the homepage, you have your services right here, right? and they should mirror your Google business profile. And then we have our service location pages under it. So this is the structure of a proper website if you want to rank on Google regardless if you're using micro sites. Like I said, fill every box, use every category on

5:20your Google business profile and Google is always watching. Think about it. Androids, Chrome, search, maps, Google Maps. How many people use Google Maps? They pull it up. They click call the business. Google knows if you answer the phone. Now, I'm going to give you the golden connection bonus in a little bit. Basically, how the heck did I build this website? By basically talking to AI, never entering WordPress. Pretty darn sweet. So, primary website versus micro sites. I want to be clear, most business owners have a primary website. That means two things. Number one, okay, great. You can go to any, if you're

5:52going to sell this service, let's be clear. You can go to any business owner and say, "Hey, look, Bob, you have one business. You have your primary website. We can do what is called the STAR method. The STAR method is where we build websites around your primary location and we rank for those so you get all of the leads because the primary website has a diminish and return geographically because Google knows your central location and it's not going to rank you really well the further you get from your epicenter. Now what we're going to talk about is micro sites next

6:20which is for somebody who wants to make money even though they are not the business owner. you sell those micro site leads or the websites themselves to business owners. Now, what we're going to discuss next is part of the classroom in the Rank Expand Academy, the Microite Playbook and Microite Empire. This is where people who want to build an asset that they own. Right? Oftentimes, SEOs, people who help others rank their websites are kind of tired of doing all the work for another business owner and then getting fired eventually. With this concept, you own the website, therefore you own the leads. And if you can own

6:55the leads in the website, it gives you control and it gives you an asset that's worth money over time. Let's be clear on what this is and is not because a lot of people are not making this distinction in the comments. So people are claiming these are PBN's what I'm building here. So PBN looks like this. You typically have one primary website and then you have these fake websites pointing to the primary to to kind of boost its rankings. And if Google gets wind of it, it will ban it. It's been around for a long time that concept and Google's

7:22caught on, right? You can do it still and I don't recommend it on this channel but it's not what we do. So this is what we do. We have independent websites that never touch. IR micro sites are truly independent. So they have independent names. They have independent phone numbers. Now we know behind the scenes that all the phones route to the same location. An AI agent answers the phone 24/7. Right now here's two different comments I thought were interesting.

7:45Someone said, "Everyone builds 30 of these and Google bans them all." Type of situation. Whereas someone else said, "My employer does exactly this." Talking about micro sites, domain broker, owns tens of thousands of domains, ranked all over Google for 20 plus years. I thought it was stupid. Now I see it works. He's renting the traffic and getting pre-sales. Yeah, it's like a light bulb moment when you realize you can own the asset instead of doing work for other people, which still is good for cash flow, but owning the asset is where the true power comes. And you have to make

8:13sure you understand these three things because Google will ban a scheme, but not a singular website typically. That's why having these totally separate as assets really matters, right? No footprint. So, interlin fake slop sites, AI slop sites, and I hate that term, slop, AI slop. What is AI slop? What does that even mean? Like, if it's useful to someone or entertaining to someone, in my opinion, it's not AI slop, but you know, we have people who disagree. So, interlin fake slop sites get torched. Inter independent useful ones do not. What dictates useful? We can talk about it now. Everyone, this is

8:46good for you. Everyone's not going to do this. So 90% of the people are going to read these comments argue and never build one. And that's cool. That's just the nature of YouTube. But the people who realize rank and rent has been around for a long time and now we can build it with AI. Light bulb moment again, right? Quality is the mo. So a site that actually helps the person searching is not what the spam filter is hunting. So for our websites, they're actually useful. Someone's looking for a service in an area, they come onto our website, we answer 247, right? And a

9:14contractor gets back to them ASAP. That is useful. Now, here's someone concerned about this concept and I think it's important to talk about. So, Google finds you by domain ownership. Basically, they're concerned that Google will find you based on domain ownership by the same person and having no local business account makes it suspicious to the algorithm. How do you overcome this? It's a fair question. So, privacy on every domain, no links between your sites ever, and the no business account thing points the other way. Micro sites don't use a Google business profile at all. So, there's no fake accounts.

9:44That's that's a thing that we decided never to cross that bridge. At least we haven't right now because I do think that is a bigger risk. So realize our micro sites do not have Google business profiles. Crazy, right? Yet they still rank and get leads. Imagine if they did have Google business profiles with a bunch of fivestar reviews. It [snorts] would be it would be gang busters. But right now based upon this comment, right, Google's going to find you by domain ownership. We don't do that. And we don't use Google Search Console either because I've seen friends have hundreds of these in a Google search

10:17console, right? And they all got slammed gone. Now, this micro site we're building together on this channel. So, subscribe if you want to check it out. But this is how we're doing it. So, I want you to visualize this because I think this is really powerful. So, the golden connection is this. I literally talk in plain English because I use a tool that I just talked to my computer.

10:36The AI agent, which in my case is clouded code, has an SFTP connection. So there's no login ever to my WordPress site files. And then it just change it. It changes it, right? It just changes it. It just does it. It's like magic. And in real time, this is what it looks like. So this is clawed code. You have bypass permissions on. And I can just ask it on the primary service locations page hub, can you have cards that link out to each service location page? And I'm using Opus 5 right now. Right. and it didn't. It truncated the first part.

11:08Primary service locations page hub. Can you have the cards link out? It's probably going to be able to understand that anyways. For some reason, it didn't catch all of it. So, we're going to do here and I'm showing this to you live. So, for this page, which is the primary service areas page, which matters. The purpose of a service areas page like the top level is to link down to all of your other service location pages, all these.

11:30And we do it in different ways. Like we have this custom map we built on a different video together, but I want cards. And cards are like this is a card. This is a custom card. I could easily have it put a call to action down here, a form fill, images, whatever it may be. But I just would like to show you how easy this is. So if you look here, what's really interesting with Opus 5 and Fable is that it will actually take a screenshot of your website. Do you see this deployed card grid and screenshot it? So if I do this,

11:57you'll see all the Python that it uses. as you know someone who's not a developer, me and maybe you too, you don't have to understand what all this code means because it just does it automatically. And here it is. It's pretty darn sweet, right? This is awesome. So, if you know local SEO and you know how to build a local business website, this is sweet. And if I incorporated images, right? Super cool.

12:20And it's pulling in real world data. Median homes build this that and another. That took me like two minutes. two minutes for it to come in here and do all the work for me. And the system's so effective. Here's an example of someone in the community, Tony. He's great. Tony's awesome. Best month so far, €2,800 in micro site commissions. And on top of that, almost €4,300 in web design business closed and paid.

12:43The cool part with this is a proven system. You can come into the community and have people to talk to when you have questions. And we have the classroom. You come over here at the top, come to the classroom, you scroll down to Microite Playbook, Microite Empire if you want to focus on this. Of course, we have other AI things to help you. I mean, there's a lot of stuff here and we have weekly calls, but the whole idea of building this community was a group of people who are like-minded that will help each
