0:00Claude's Opus 5 is here. Let's make money with the darn thing. Is it good? Yes, it's good and it's more affordable than Fable 5 and just about as good with reasoning. That's all I need to hear, right? So how are we going to use this thing? Well, we're going to build microsites with it. If you haven't seen what a microsite is, I'm going to go over a quick overview of what it is and we're going to build one together. So on a previous video, I've already started building this with you. We built it with what? We built it with Fable,
0:23right? And Fable was kind of slow and clunky in some regards. Maybe Opus is going to help us. And if you like any of this, if we haven't met, my name is Jesse Cunningham. I make six figures a month using different AI tactics and this is the Rank Expand Academy. So you can come in here, be part of a community. It's pretty darn good. We have a weekly call and we talk about microsites. We talk about AI. Basically, it's all about how to make money with AI. Okay, so now we have Opus 5 down here locked and loaded. We were using Fable
0:485, but like I was saying, Opus 5 is more affordable by like half or a third. Very, very important. What have we done with this website so far? So the website, the microsite, we booted the brain. So we made a Cloud MD. We set up the workshop. We survived a scare, right? The first push went to a GitHub account. We couldn't identify. Okay, but we solved that. Built a deploy loop. We did a bunch of things. Basically, we have it set up and you have to check out that video to see exactly how to set up the SFTP. That's key because you can just talk
1:14to the AI now and it'll do what you say. Now let's do multiple things at once because we have a microsite here that we're going to build together. We're going to improve it. Like there's obvious things like I think this section right here really sucks. Let's change it. This is called the hero section on the homepage. Let's change it. Maybe we should focus on design work, but I also want to incorporate the idea of tacked time. So tacked time is the time it takes to actually do a thing. So I'm going to come over here.
1:38I'm going to say make the hero section better with an actual call to action with about four form fills. So that took about five seconds of our time, right? We're going to click enter and now it buys us time to do something else. So what we're going to do, we're going to build the website, use our tacked time to build it, right? Build it, do something else.
1:55We're going to be moving fast in this video, putting Opus five to work. Why is Opus five a good fit for this microsite idea? It's because you need to build things with AI. And if Opus is easier, more affordable and effective, heck yes, we need that because it brings our costs down. Microsites only work if you do multiple of them and I'm not talking two or three, right?
2:14So how this actually makes money, you build a tiny website for one service in one town. The example that I showed you that we're going to work on together was slab repair in Texas, a very particular niche that has a high ticket price in a particular area. So if you were to do this in Miami for any service, it can be blue collar, white collar. This is what it looks like.
2:32So instead of going after Miami with a website and you can for your primary business website, that's fine. Go after the suburbs because there's less competition. Most people make the mistake of coming to Miami and going after Miami and forgetting the actual people. Most people are living outside of the big metro. Now this looks like, this is what it would look like in Indianapolis for you, right? Here's Indianapolis and this is the towns around it, different towns, right? So the idea is pretty darn simple. Let's build these microsites to get leads so we can either resell them or work them ourselves. This five has been working for about seven minutes. Let's come over
3:06here. Let's see if there's any change. Let's come up here. Okay, not yet. And like I said, I think this hero section is terrible and it pulled in. Oh, boom, right there. Okay, that was cool Tyvin. All of a sudden the hero section looks much nicer and you saw how simple that prompt was, right? That wasn't complicated at all. I like this a lot better instead of that, that generic photo over here and all that stuff. This is looking nice. So I want to also point out something. If I hit F11 here, Houston slab repair. So I was talking about the suburbs a minute ago.
3:35Why am I going after Houston, which is a major metropolitan area? The reason is in the previous video we did keyword research and competition research more importantly in Houston actually came up to be just as competitive in a good way as the different suburbs around it. So there are situations where you're going to run into where you can go after the major metros. Now it's still technically working. It's just looking over its work. So Opus, one of the cool things about Opus and Fable does this too, but remember Opus is way more affordable. It looks at what it did and
4:07figures out is it good or is it bad? Do I need to revise? So it actually has eyes. It has vision, right? But what I want to do now, I'm going to say on the homepage, can you create a map of our service areas dependent upon our actual service location pages and draw it out in a grid like a Google map so that the end user can come on and see if we are in their service location. So I'm going to do this. And if you don't know Whisper Flow, it's a pretty good tool. So you can just talk to your computer instead of typing. Most people, they type about 50 words per minute. If
4:35you're somewhat fast, you can do about 150 words per minute by using this. Now here's the flow. As that's working, let's talk about a few things. So we're building a tiny website. We have the AI. It's going to check itself and we're going to get a clean website. If you use the lesser models, it does not check itself well. That's why Opus 5 is so good. So what stands out about Claude Opus 5 is judgment. It thinks harder before it writes a single line. I like it. So get it to rank on Google Bing and AI. So the site only earns if the search engines and AI answers engines, pick
5:06it up. And Claude, this is an anthropics release statement. It said, Claude Opus 5 is much stronger at verifying its works and iterating carefully until it succeeds. People find it and call. So you're going to build this website. And this is everything hinges on this. People right here, the searcher finds your website, they're going to call. Now with our system, I'm not answering the phone. I have over 50 of these websites. There's no way I'm answering the phone. So what we do is we have an AI agent on top of every single website. I'll show you what Claude said, but it actually
5:36tightened up this section a bit because it had a few problems with it after inspected. I really like how it does that. And remember, I asked it to build a map. This was its attempt at a map. Not very good. So I think what we have to do here is to give it an example, right? Give it an example. Whenever you give AI an example visually, it does way better of a job. This is kind of cool. Houston, the hub, and here's all the different service locations. It's unique. I mean, it's not terrible. It's not terrible, but I want it to be more visual. But I do like how it came back here, made this a bit better,
6:08better flow, kind of balanced a little bit better. So what we're going to do is come over to Google Maps. Here's Houston. Let's get a screenshot, push it over here and say, make the map on the service page actually look like a map. Here's what Google looks like, emulate this, but do not use Google's API or anything. Make it bespoke, make it custom. So the idea that I want to go with, and there you go. The idea that I want to go with is see how well Claude Opus five does with customizations, like a bespoke, like a truly custom unique thing. Now I mentioned earlier that Houston slab repair
6:39is a major Metro. And in the previous video, I used this tool here, will that niche actually make money for it, right? Houston slab repair, you could type in right here, you could do slab repair, and come over here to Houston, right? Houston, Texas should show up and you can score it. And the whole idea is you should go around your Metro and find the locations that make sense. We did that and Houston itself, the Metro came out pretty darn good. Now let's do a tour of the website in its current form so we can kind of take a snapshot in history. So it built out a microsite with one,
7:11two, three, four, about 10 different service locations, one primary service. We need to change this. So slab detection in Houston, Texas is our primary service and it's okay. It probably needs a bit more copy, but some things that I really like, it did a good job of internally linking, right? So we could come here or here, our cost guide or a different location pages. It did a decent job at internally linking. Now what I really like, let's come over to about, coming down here, you can see here more internal links. But when we get into different areas, we can scroll down here,
7:42you're going to see some different external links. So we have USDA documents. If I click here, you're going to see a PDF. What the previous bill did when we did it together, the AI literally went out and it sourced documentation that it links to on this website. So I can come to this one too, Sugarland, Texas, and it links out to it. So most people when they build a website, they are not using data. We use data throughout this whole darn process. Okay, so it's done its work. It said, I hand drew the Houston Metro as an SVG, no Google API, no third party tiles. Every
8:14city sits at its true latitude and longitude converted to the drawn with a simple map projection. Let's click on it. Let's check it out. All right, let's scroll down here. And there you have it. Okay, we're starting to get somewhere here. I'm curious, how could we make this better? I mean, it's not terrible now. And the cool part is if I click on any of these links here or here, if I click on Cyprus or the Woodlands or Spring, we start to, we will actually go to the page, now we're in the page. So coming back here, how can we make this better? Is my city covered? That's
8:41a nice little section here. And I want to show you the only reason I'm showing you this. If it's a good UI, if it's a good experience for the user and there's customizations, they'll feel comfortable with your website. Now what I'm asking it now is take out the roads and make it a bit more realistic and make the H2 and everything else a bit more built out so it's not a thin page. So if you want to rank on Google and AI, you need big pages. You don't want thin pages with local businesses. It doesn't make sense, especially if we have AI to write it. Not too bad. Now the engine picker. So
9:10we're going to use Opus 5 down days for the workhorse. It's going to be the new default for us. And then fast mode. We do have access to fast mode. Now if you're pressed for time and you want to spend some money, use fast mode, right? But I'm not going to be using it too much. And then Fable 5 can be the specialist. It has an edge. It has a small edge. Here's what it came back with. And I think it's close. And I think the problem we have here is the water features.
9:34So we can pause here for a second though. If you're going to have a successful microsite, this is a good representation of how you do it, right? So if we're going to have a Houston specific slab repair website, fine. We're going to do it. And guess what? We're going to have ping marks where we do business around it. And then if we had a dedicated say Katie or Cypress Texas slab repair, the dots would be around Cypress in a similar manner. And then all of a sudden you have like overlapping circles throughout the whole area. This is looking better. I asked you to take out
10:03the water and I'm okay with that. That works for me right there. It shows the different counties. It shows the locations. It's not perfect. It's not terrible. It's custom. Google knows if your website's custom by the way, or if it's just a free theme that a million different websites have, just like yours, customizations do matter. And it's very easy to do nowadays. Now, if we come back here, the way we set this up, and you didn't see this in this video, but we have what is called a LLM Wiki on this page and it commits to a private GitHub. So if I came back here and I
10:32wanted to roll out another website and another website and another, that's where you make the money. Like one website is cool and you get your feet wet and it's fun. It's fun to be able to talk to Claude and build a website like this. It's like having a developer who just does the work instantly and you can iterate without any friction. Very cool. But you make your money with this concept with multiple websites.
