0:00It just gets better and better. Let's build microsites. 100 microsites to take over an entire industry. I think this pisses a lot of people off because they're used to dealing with one website for their business or doing SEO for someone with one website, whereas we compete with hundreds. I'm going to teach you how to make money using this concept. I've built three websites today, about 15 subdomains. This is easy-peasy. What are people saying about the videos, this channel? Someone said, "Good sauce, dude. Right on. Thank you."

0:26Someone said, "100 niche websites on WordPress, no bueno, no good. The plugin would be a nightmare. I wonder what Jesse is using." I agree. So, we're going to get into it. If you're using WordPress, take a step back. Nowadays, it's not the time for WordPress. Now, before we get ahead of ourselves, we need to talk about the money, right? So, how do we make money with this concept?

0:42I'm breezing over this because I've done other videos, but we can do a paper lead, we can do a revenue share, you can do a flat fee every month, you can run the lead yourself, you can be the business owner. So, a city is the warm-up. So, the goal with this video is to kind of talk about talk about Let's just pretend we're going to take over an entire industry. I'm going to show you how. I'm going to give you a good niche, in my opinion, in this video. Most people build one website in their in their life for their business. You can

1:05build hundreds now. It's not that expensive and it's hyper-effective. So, a city is the warm-up. We take over a city with like 30 websites, right? You can take over an entire metro and suburbia with 100. And then you can take over an entire industry with 1,000 websites. Now you're going into different states. That's what I'm into. Let's go into it. The rules of the takeover. Pick one industry, one metro, right? Build one specialist microsite for every subniche in every city. Put a track number on each one. Interlink nothing so there is no network to catch.

1:36So, this is not a PBN. It's not a private blog network. You do not interlink the websites. A website A doesn't doesn't never points to website B, right? That's the basic concept. An industry has hundreds of front doors, right? So, think of this. Every subniche is a search. Water heaters, drains, sewer lines, repiping, leak detection. Each one is a different buyer type and a different thing. Every city is also a different search. And then you multiply them and the one site idea vanishes. So, instead of going after the master thing, plumbing, being like the master niche, go after the sub niches. You go after

2:15water heaters. You go after drains, sewer lines. This is what we do, right? Not this particular niche, maybe, right? But this is where the money is. So, stop renting one door only the entire building. That's the concept here with an industry takeover. So, we're starting with plumbing. So, it's always in demand, right? Pipes break in a house and guess what? You have to get it fixed, right? Urgent and high ticket.

2:36So, we want urgency. We want 24/7 service. We can partner with someone who has 24/7 service. If a If a pipe bursts in this room right now or your room, you're going to call someone ASAP. We like that. And it has to be high ticket. And this stuff is typically high ticket. And it's wildly fragmented. So, there's thousands of small local plumbers and no national brand that owns the search. You know, there is big dog brands in plumbing, but when you get into these sub niches, that is where the fortunes are to be made. Okay, detour time.

3:04Detour time. Let's talk about it. So, if you're going to do this concept and I don't want to forget this, what I would do is come down here to the microsite empire. And this is where it's at. Where is it? I got to make sure this is it. Next step, resources, microsite. This is it. So, this right here is a zip file.

3:20It's It's quite literally a zip file for everything we teach here. And the cool part is you take that zip file and you just give it to any AI of your choice. And then you have the proper structure that we teach here. I'm finding more and more that people, instead of reading a book, are just taking data and giving it to an LLM and say, "Go. Do the thing."

3:38Because what we have found in the community, right? This is a growing community of 400 plus people and it's growing super fast, is people are building these microsites in like a billion different ways. Some people prefer GPT. Some people prefer Claude. I prefer Claude code, right? And then you have things that happen. Really interesting. So like we have right here the 12-minute microsite. So in one of our calls, someone showed us what told us rather exactly how they do a 12-minute microsite and it only cost them, I think it is $11 a year. So like less than a dollar a month to build one

4:10website and they've built close to 100. And then you have you have a bunch you have a bunch of stuff here. But the point is if you're going to do this concept, I would recommend either coming in here and like learning going through things, but you can kind of jump to the to the front of the line if you take this resource right here the microsite blueprint for Claude, give it to Claude and say go. And there's other things too we can talk about like the niche selector and the one-click microsite builder, but let's get back on track. Okay, plumbing

4:36is our niche for the concept. Plumbing is really five businesses. If you don't realize this right here, you're not going to be successful because a lot of people when they start this rank and rent microsite idea, they're like going after the big dog niches. If you go after general plumbing micro niches, say houstonplumbing.com, it's not going to work out for you. I promise you. So you have to realize plumbing is really five businesses. It's probably really 50 businesses. Think of it. Water heater repair and install could be one microsite because why? We do exact match domains EMDs. So you think of water

5:07heater houston tx.com, boom, could be a domain. You could do water heater FL for florida.com or miami.com. You get the point. We have drain clean and sewer line repair. You have repiping leak detection. Plumbing is really five businesses and this is where the light bulb moment comes. Every sub niche that we just talked about times every city. The US, if you're dealing in the US, is a humongous place, right? We all know this. It's humongous, but when you start to realize the potential and how many people are here, you have five sub niches times 20 cities in the metro is

5:40100 microsites. It's crazy and there are people in the community who do this all over the world. It works everywhere, right? Keep it rolling. And this is what it looks like when you have a metro, right? So, you're going to have 1 2 3 4 many websites in water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer line repiping, leak detection. Each website gets a unique phone number. Each website can port to a centralized AI agent that basically has the same brain throughout. Or you can do different ones. One metro is 100 sites in the industry itself, right? It's 1,000. And so, this is the conceptual

6:14idea. Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, Tampa, Atlanta. Now, some people are going to be like, "Man, I'm not doing 1,000 websites." And that's cool. I get it. I'm with you, right? 1,000 websites is insane. But, it costs less money than you think it does. I believe, and the reason I'm doing this video is the only limitation you have in life is imagination and money, right?

6:31Imagination and money. If you can get over those two things, you can make it. Some people don't have as much money, you have to do more hard work. That's okay. So, a money site at the center, microsites all around it. So, this is very reminiscent of something particular. This is going to be very poignant for some people watching this video. So, you have a money site, which is your Google Business Profile. And then, around suburbia, where you work, you have your specific water heater and drain cleaning and sewer line and repiping and blah blah blah. So, this is how you think of it. If you have a real

6:59business with a real Google Business Profile that you've had for 10 years. Or maybe you're an SEO and you're helping them, the person with the business, you can say, "Look, we can build microsites around your city, around suburbia, for specific services you offer." Right? No-brainer. Very, very easy. All right. Then, we can fold three kinds of assets together. Microsites, money sites, and directories. A lot of people don't talk about directories, but if you're going to do this concept of taking over an entire industry or a state, even, I think it's kind of smart to start to consider a directory. Why is that? Well,

7:32if you're going to, you know, have one vertical, say plumbing, the subniches, and you have a directory, you can start to kind of push and pull SERPs. SERPs are Google searches, like what Google shows. This is very powerful. If you have all three of these scattered around a state or even the entire country, you start to have something that has what I would call enterprise value. Especially if you can automate the darn thing. Now, in the academy we teach this right here.

7:58We want to be topically perfect. So, each site is about one sub niche and nothing else. We kind of fib on this a little bit. We kind of like to go out of the the lines a bit on this, but if you are topically perfect, that means that Google really doesn't have any other chance to show anyone. Right? If someone types in something very particular into Google and your website, the domain and the title tag and all the copy, right? The whole website, the words on the website relate to that search, you're typically going to win, right? And then we're

8:25going to be geographically everywhere and we're going to be too big to root around to get around, right? And this is the dream. This is the dream. You own the whole page three different ways. So, up here we would own the Google business profile. And this is really relevant for people who own a business right now or are watching this video. So, this is your main website, right? Let's say you have a directory and guess what the directory is going to talk about, right?

8:51What website is this directory going to say is number one for XYZ area? You get the point. And then you have your microsite. Now, here's something that most people don't think about. These sites get stronger typically as they age. Why? Because Google has an algorithm and the algorithm forever has has rewarded websites that are older. Why? Because the algorithm Google doesn't want you to be able to create a a website right away, although we've seen it, and it ranks super high. We've seen a microsite rank within 2 weeks though.

9:18That is the exception, not the rule. So, these sites get stronger as they age. Month one, get indexed. Month three, Google's learning. Month six plus, trusted. We usually see if a website's going to crush or not within month three, right? Month three is is the reality of the situation, but if you start doing all the right things, month six plus can get pretty wild. So, let's keep it going. And people sometimes say, you know, AI slap. I don't even want to talk about it in this video. So, 100 sites, 100 tracked lines. So, we're going to have one phone number per cell.

9:49We're going to see every winner. We're going to cut and double down. How do we do this? On every website, we have a unique phone number. That unique phone number is answered by an AI agent. I'm not answering the phone 24/7. I'm not paying for someone anywhere in the world to do that. I need a AI agent that sounds good, qualifies the leads, right?

10:07One unique phone number per cell or per website. We get to see every winner, and then we cut and double down. Now, conceptually, let's talk about this. If it costs me a dollar, let's just say, well, it costs me like $11 to build one website today. And that's literally it, because all I have to do is pay for the domain. And then the way we host it, the way we build it, I'm on a $200 a month Cloud Code plan. I guess you could roll that into the cost, but at scale, it's practically nothing. So, to build the website and to see if it cooks on

10:38Google, it costs me about less than a dollar a month. And a dollar a month is not bad for big potential. So, if you want to build an asset that number one can be passive for you, somewhat passive, right? Because the way things are, you build a website, you let it cook. If it cooks, it's pushing out leads every day. It just sits there online while you're eating chips and watching this video or, you know, doing whatever, driving to your work. I don't know. The website lives, and it shows up on Google. And if you have tons of them, then it becomes comes like I was telling

11:06you, enterprise value. Pretty darn cool, but do not build 100 in one day. We talked about this. We did a mastermind in the community. We had a private call. So, on the leader board, so we have a weekly call, and then we have a private call. We have a private call once a month, and then we have a weekly call for everyone. The private call is for those who are on the leader board in the community, those most active, right? And in that call, we talked about could we and should we build 100 microsites? And everyone agreed we very easily could

11:33build probably in one day 100 microsites, but should we? Probably not. And here's why. Prove one sell. So, one sub niche, one city ranked in colon. Prove it first. Prove the darn thing. Clone the winner across cities, add the next sub niche and rent as you go. The coolest part about this is you don't have to go after a cabillion microsites, you know, when you're starting off. Just do one. Learn the process, then do two.

11:57And all of a sudden, you're growing something special. 100 real sites, not 100 clones, right? This is not AI slop because we have real websites that are useful, that port to real businesses. Right? We're providing value. If someone's looking for a very particular niche in a city, we're going to connect that person to a real business, right? And we have all the disclosures on the websites.

12:19Um all right, this is what someone was asking. 100 niche websites on WordPress, no bueno. Remember this I said in the beginning, the plugins would be a nightmare. So, I'm not using WordPress to build these things. I've shown WordPress websites on this channel because I think a lot of people like WordPress and that's cool and they're used to it because they used to use WordPress for everything, but all of WordPress is is a liability.

12:42In my opinion, WordPress for this idea is a liability at this point because it has so many vulnerabilities. So, what we do is flat HTML CSS websites. And then you can host them for free on different platforms. And that's one of the coolest things ever. So, our true cost at that point just becomes the domain cost. Now, coming back here, this is the zip file you were looking for.

13:04So, once you join the community and we have a 7-day free trial right now. So, microsite blueprint for Claude Code. So, you come over to the classroom right here, come down microsite empire, cool. Come to microsite blueprint for Claude Code right here. Download that zip file. And basically, my entire brain and my partner's entire brain will be uploaded to your LLM. Now, there's other ways to do it, right? We can do and I highly recommend this right here. In fact, you can use this without being a member of the community just to get a taste. Will that niche actually make money? Type in

13:33your niche, type in the area, it'll give you a score. And then, here's another way to build. So, we have tons of ways to build and the cool part is aside from this, we have other things. So, if you want cash flow, I think there's faster cash flow to be had and it has to do with this module right here, 90 days to freedom. But, just talking about microsites, everyone for the most part is doing microsites here and I love to see this because once you build your microsite with the system we have, your eyes kind of open up on what what else

14:00you can build and realize the capabilities of cloud code, right? And other LLMs, AIs, right? This is just the start. Microsites is like scratching the surface. Your mind is going to open once you realize what other people are doing and what you are capable of doing. I I think a lot of people who are watching these videos, they don't realize what is possible until you get around people who are doing it. So, anyways, thanks for watching. Please subscribe and I'll catch you on the next one.
