0:00Have you ever felt like there's a secret that you are not in on? Right? A lot of people are making money with AI, but do you have any idea how it happens? And that's the purpose of this video. I want to show you how I'm building websites nowadays that absolutely blows me away. I'm very excited. My name is Jesse Cunningham. I make over six figures a month using AI. And this is probably the most exciting thing that I've seen in a long time. What are we going to use? We're going to use WordPress. We're going to use Claude Code. Can I come over to Claude Code? We're going to come over to Claude Code. What else

0:28are we going to use? We're going to emulate different websites to build our website. I'm doing this together with you using WordPress, right? We're going to build a custom theme. And listen, if any point during this video you're like, man, I like this, come over to the Rank Expand Academy. We have a free trial, but let's just jump into it. Now let's try to do two things at once. So what's the idea here? We'll take some notes, but first let's build our Kingsta staged out website. So you build in a staged website, you give Claude access, and then we get rolling. So let's call it News Network Jerry. I have no idea.

0:58I'm just coming up with something silly. News Network Jerry. This website, right? This website, it can be about anything. This is the cool part. A news network, a local business, a niche website. It doesn't matter. All this works, right? So we're going to create a WordPress admin, blah, blah, blah. So what's the idea here? So we like WordPress. Why? Well, WordPress is great because everyone's used to WordPress. You probably have used WordPress. If you haven't, it's super easy. Why not just use WordPress? But a custom WordPress build used to cost, I mean, people in the comments always bash me for this, but WordPress builds for local businesses,

1:32a custom build can cost $30,000. Go call a niche specific agency and ask them what a website build is. $20,000 to $30,000. Easy all day for a roofing company. You better believe it, right? And now, here's the cool part. Now we can do it, super small text. Now we can do it for about, I mean, our time, maybe two hours, right? If you're starting out, in my opinion, two hours. If you're, if you have some knowledge here, you can do it in two hours and you could sell it for $5,000.

2:01Let's just stick with that. Two hours, sell it for $5,000. That's not bad. And then on top of that, here's where the real money comes in. You could sell it for a retainer for $500 a month and maybe just give it away for free and just do $500 a month. There's many ways to cut this, but the idea is we have AI now. We have the tools. We don't need Fable, by the way. Fable came out and everyone freaked out because, you know, Claude Fable, see it right here, is currently unavailable. It was the most amazing thing ever. It was great. It was amazing, but you don't need it. Opus Claude right

2:29now is all we, if this is the height of where we reach, you can make so much money. And in fact, I think you can make more money now because once the AI models get too good, then what is the point of having a human in the loop anyways? So right now is the opportunity. Okay, so here we go. The site is being created in Kingston, so we're going to do News Network Jerry. And I think that's kind of a terrible website to do really. It's going to be a bit difficult, but I think we're going to be able to do some custom things where automations happen. Maybe not in this video. We'll see if we

2:57get to it, right? So the idea here is let's build a custom WordPress website and we're going to have automations and true automations, and it doesn't require a lot of backend support, right? So we're going to have a few things. GitHub, so let's come over here. We have the GitHub dashboard. Okay, cool. What else do we need? Well, we have Kingston as the host, which is going to be able to automate some things, and then the WordPress build. So all we have to do now is wait for Kingston to do its thing. Now check this out. We have the build. So Kingston, or you know, this can work with so many

3:26different hosts, right? It's not a big deal. Kingston is just one of them. I like it. It's what I use often. But look, we have a fresh WordPress build here. It looks terrible, right? This thing looks absolutely terrible because it is terrible. It's just a fresh WordPress build. And a lot of people when they start creating websites are like, man, this is going to be a lot of work to create this website. But guess what? No, it's not. No, it's not. And you can use the tactics I'm showing you here to rank on Google. Like you can build a website better than probably any local business in your

3:53area because the AI technology is that good. So what we're going to do is we're going to come over to users and we are going to come down here and we're going to let's say edit this one right here. This is admin. We're going to scroll down. We're going to say new application password name. And what we're going to do is add an application password. Now we're going to copy this and here it is right here. If you have this, you can probably log into my website. You can do admin things. It's too powerful, right? So don't do that. I'll have deleted this by then. But the idea is

4:22we just created an application password and we are going to pass this to Claude. So check it out. This is where the rubber hits the road. So I have a staged out website on Kingston. This is me talking to Claude Code. And if you notice at the very bottom, I have bypass permissions. So this allows us to just have Claude do its thing. It's a little freaky to have Claude do its thing, but it's what I do. So I have a staged out website on Kingston that I'm given access to. I want it to be a Bloxy theme with a child custom theme or a custom child theme. Ask me specific questions to help with the

4:49guidance on the design and structure of the website first. Let's do the pages, then let's do the blog posts later. I've included my credentials below. I've also included my book for SEO so you know my preferences to follow for internal linking and SEO best practices. The cool part is, right, because the context windows are so big nowadays with AI, like I quite literally have a book that I wrote a couple years back about SEO and the ideas and the rules in here that I have for my team and myself are still relevant. So why not just push it to Claude so it knows exactly

5:20how I have preferences to build a website. And if you're part of the school community, I'll give you this as well, just like the document so you can push it to, you know, different projects and have it do the same thing. Now check it out because this is where it goes fast. We're about to turn a corner here. This is WordPress. It still looks terrible, but if we come down to Claude, you will see that it has access, right? We are building something where Claude is just going to be able to zoom, right? And this is where it goes fast. And it tells you what to do. It's very easy,

5:47right? If you can ask Claude the right questions, it'll be like, okay, go here. So this is a fresh build, by the way, on my computer. Like I purposely created a fresh build, new instance of Claude, all the things so you can see. So we're going to go to github slash set in slash tokens and we're going to set up a new token. So this is the last step where I'm going to be able to give Claude access. It's going to be able to do everything on WordPress and more, automations that will blow your mind. So we're going to settle on this and it's not even settling. I mean, this is incredible.

6:12So if we can emulate CNBC in any way, it looks like a nice website. Let's do it. So it came over to Claude and it was asking me a bunch of questions, right? So it says, and by the way, I just took care of all the connections, how Claude has perfect access to the website, and it can do anything at once basically, right? And we're going to use github to push everything too. So we have an ongoing to contextual window more or less. So basically AI has like its limited window, but if you can reference github as like an extra window, contextual window and save things,

6:42it's awesome. And it does it automatically. So what is news network Jerry all about? Well, I said, let's make it about Elon Musk and his companies. And then it says this, do you see, I'll zoom in. Who's the target client, the deeper audience and what's the number one conversion goal? The cool part is deeper audience is an acronym in my book. So because we fed it my book, right, it knows my preferences for SEO and what have you and it guides the website, brand assets and the reference websites. So Ike said, let's check out CNBC for the vibe. And here's what's

7:11cool. Claude opus 4.8 and this isn't fable fable probably could have gotten access crazy. It said, CNBC blocks automated fetch 403. So I'll work from a well known design language rather than scraping it. And that's what's cool. So what happened here, it tried to go scrape CNBC's homepage to kind of check out the vibe, not to take its content just to feel its vibe out, and it couldn't do it. So then it iterated and figured out what we're going to do next.

7:37And it said, let's just have a palette that's clean, cool background images. Okay, topography is this, layout patterns, all these things. Let's build out these pages. I'm like, okay, this is great. And then it asked me some questions. It said, what should the public brand be? I said, keep the news network, Jerry. What company hubs should I set up now? So it was basically like, should we talk about SpaceX or should we talk about Tesla? I was like, let's just talk about all of them. Which SEO plugins should we have? I said, I don't want any plugins. I want to build

8:04them all ourself. And that's what makes these custom websites blazing fast and secure. Because all the plugins are usually like a vulnerability to begin with and they slow down a website. Why should we be doing that anymore? We shouldn't. And then the accent and vibe direction is a tech for CNBC. So it's like, cool. And it's going to do all these things. And then when we look now, it's just going to be done. And here it is. And I just can't help but to kind of laugh inside, because back in the day, this would be near impossible. Let's just stop here for a second

8:31before I scroll down. I don't know why it has the feet because, well, I think I do know why it goes out to free image sources, pixels, but I don't mind it, right? It's kind of weird, but let's just go with it. News network, Jerry, look, I hover over and it's custom. It has the S&P 500 and different things up here, tickers. I'm going to ask it if those are real, you know, ticker data.

8:51That's pretty amazing if it's real data. How did you do it, Claude? It just says magic. I do it with magic, right? And then it has all the different hubs we wanted to do. Let's scroll down and I'm about to click on one of the blog posts to see how it renders. It has a placeholder for advertisements. This is just, I mean, what was this? The tact time, the actual time I spent on this?

9:10Like, look, if you look over here, if you look over here, I'm like in Photoshop building the thumbnail for this video as this website builds with Claude. It doesn't take any time at all. You can make so much money with this. So here we go. Here's one of the blog posts, that kind of stinks. But if we come over here, why did it do what it did? So let's just come back up here. It was doing a lot of work, right? Let's come here. How long did it take? So it took, it's not going to tell us how long it took, but it tried a bunch of things and if we were to sit here and read, it iterates

9:41and that's the beautiful thing. And when it looked at the website, it realized, uh oh, it just has a hello world post. I need to build more posts and that's why it did those. So what I could say next, because as we saw together, the post itself kind of stinks, right? So all I would have to do is come down here and say, okay, it looks great. Let's make the blog posts themselves actually nice.

10:07Include the featured image and make it custom so the user feels like they are on a New York Times or NBC or whatever. So let's check this thing out. Starlink price and explain. And remember, it's going over Tesla, SpaceX, Starlink, placeholder in a summary for blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, this is a placeholder editorial, blah, blah, blah. Okay, it looks nice. I like the feel, the vibe. It looks very professional. SEO, like standards are being met. So we have the author.

10:37If I click here, it should go to the author page. Good. We can build this out later. Two-minute read. You can share on X, Facebook, LinkedIn. Quality code is doing all of this. We have the featured image and then it looks awesome. It's custom. It's a nice, if I do F12, let's do F12 to see how it renders on mobile. Look at that. Most traffic nowadays is mobile and look how good that looks. It is crazy. And it has placeholders for advertisements just to give us an idea.

11:03And then coming down here, there's written by. Look, unfortunately, in some regards, unfortunately, this is going to put eventually like website developers out of business. I used to have to go and hire people for a lot of money to build websites, but we don't need that anymore, which is good and bad. I get it. There's a double-edged sword here, but you can make a lot of money even if you are a regular person. And it has internal links, which is cool because my book kind of describes how to do internal links. And here we go.

11:34It says, is Starlink available in my area, how to check, boom, another one. So what I would do from this point on, what would we do a little bit better? I want to know, yeah, I want to know, how can we get real information in it? I think it's going to be very easy for Cloud Code to pull in real information regarding Starlink price and explain. I think it's best to save that for the next video. I mean, we built a website and I hardly spent any time. I was like super distracted doing other things during this build, right? I was doing other productive things while Cloud Code

12:02did its stuff and that's the beauty of it. Now, if you want to be part of the community, you have a free trial opportunity. Just jump in here, Rake Expand Academy.
