0:00Most people have never thought about this right here, the roll up risk of 2026. There's a lot of weird things going on in the world right now. There's war, there's inflation, there's AI, everything is changing. And in this video, I'm going to talk to people who make money online, the roll up risk of 26, which is going to extend beyond this timeframe, right? It's going to go beyond 26. But a lot of people right now have this huge risk, right? If you make money, if you're sitting on your computer at home and you type like me, largely, and you make money somehow

0:29magically on your computer, you have a huge roll up risk. Now this video is going to be largely off the cuff. We're just going to talk together, right? No edits, let's just roll with it. So we're going to make money online. How do we do that nowadays? Number one is Delta. We're going to talk about this and this all ties into the roll up risk of 26. So maybe you're an entrepreneur, you have a business, maybe you're a solopreneur and you're trying to do online marketing. Maybe you do SEO or digital marketing or paid ads for a company. This all relates to you, right? Let's make money

0:58via Delta. So there's three ways that I primarily make money and I'm going to tell you which ones I think are the best moving forward, the worst. Number one is Delta, right? You think of things like an arbitrage of knowledge of time and money. How can you use a Delta, a change, a difference to make money in 26? Well, the answer is largely what? It's AI. But this is going to come to a huge halt eventually and probably faster than we think, right? AI when it first came out, like one of my first videos on this channel was about chat GBT. Our minds were blown, absolutely blown.

1:31And those who were early adopters, right, early adopters, they won, made a lot of money, made a lot of money with GBT when it first rolled out. It was like easy mode. Now it's not easy mode. The roll up risk with this right here is that it's going to eat your lunch and do all the things that you thought were like an arbitrage. You were clever, you built a thing, maybe you built a SaaS company. Well, guess what? Now everyone can build SaaS themselves. That's the frustrating thing, right? So do not get caught in this Delta trap. You think that you have an edge because you use

2:06AI. You probably do, but it's going to last for three months then you need to reinvent yourself. That is like a guinea pig wheel. You have to keep going and keep going and keep going. Now number two is Intersection, right? I was walking with a friend in the woods. We got up super early this morning. We went on a walk at 6am and we're talking. He's a successful business person, right? We're talking and he said, look man, when I started Facebook, like this is important, it was 2015 when he first got onto Facebook with his company and he's like, man, I thought I was

2:37way behind the times because Facebook came out in like 07, right? But his business blew up. It did excellent and he thought he was behind the times. So if you want to make money, here's a huge key that I have been leveraging. We have changed in this Delta thing with AI. Well, let's find the intersection, the intersection of where things move slower. Where do things move slower? Things move slower when people are not nerds like us. If you're watching this video, you're probably like me, right? We're kind of nerds. We sit in front of our computer all day likely and we make money

3:13magically somehow, right? But the intersection is getting out there in the world where they are regular people. Do you feel me? Regular people are often 10 years behind, right? And this is the problem. A lot of people that I see, they want to build the fancy AI thing. They want to just stay in this Delta and I've fallen into this trap too. Just change and change and make it better and better. And we're competing against the nerds like us. That's a problem. In my opinion, leave that to like the angel investors, like the Y Combinator stuff. Like that stuff, that's a different

3:50level where you can make tons of money is where the regular people are. Take your skills from number one and move down to where regular people are. Now, number three is very important depending upon your goals. And mind you, these three things are just my experience. Like this is how I run my financial life. And this is not financial advice. I'm just telling you what I do in my life, right?

4:12And since GBT came out, it's accelerated more and more every year. This has worked out. I'm trying to look into the future to avoid like landmines. Do you feel me? All right. So number one, Delta. Number two, get around regular people. Number three, this is what I'm doing. Don't neglect the cash cow. The cash cow. What is the cash cow? Well, it differs for everyone, the cash cow. But you know that the cash cow has an expiration date. And I'm going to talk more about number three.

4:42Number three is important because some people watching this video are going to be like, well, how do you make the money? How is the cash cow happening? I'm going to talk about that, right? Don't worry. But you don't neglect the cash cow, but you realize it has an expiration date, right? There's huge connotations to this right here. You realize, right, if I'm making money with a website using some sort of tactic, right, using AI and this and that, and it's making a lot of money, which we have tactics like that, like microsites is one of them, one of many, but the knowledge

5:15has to be this. It has an expiration date, right? So what are you going to do about it? Well, there's a few philosophies. I'm talking to my friends, people who make more money than me online, and they have these crazy websites to make tons of money. And here's the word on the street, make as much money as you can in the next three to five years, because after that, it's going to be much different. It's going to be much, much different. So, right, what you do with your money, that's your own business. But I'm talking about how to make money right here. What I do with

5:44the cash cow is just try to drive home as much possible active cash right now, and then I'm going to diversify into other things. Okay, so the natural thing is what are they? How are you making money? And then let's tie it all together. The roll up risk is this. The roll up risk of 26 and beyond is that you do a thing right now, you get excited, and it's not going to work in three months.

6:06I see it all across YouTube. I see it all the time. It's kind of demotivating, right? Because I know those videos, if you make those type of videos, it excites people. It's an exciting shiny object type of video. I don't want to make those videos because I know in three months, they're just going to be a new thing. It's just like, it's just, come on. I mean, I guess for me, that could be a cash cow, right, because you could make money off of Technically, but I'm just being real here.

6:30That is not interesting to me. So for me, what is interesting is, you know, stable things and unstable things. But the unstable things better make, better make a lot of money. Now, number one, we have to go back. This is like number 1A. I guess if we're getting technical, we're getting number 1A, whatever. Would it be number 1A? I'm going off course. But this right here is a very big focus, right? Regular people who own brick and mortar stores. The whole make as much money in three to five years is because AI is going to disrupt a lot of things. But if you own a brick

7:04and mortar company, say a plumber, right, people's toilets are still going to break. The cool part is, if you are a nerd like us, right, you have what they consider superpowers. Regular people think you have superpowers. Why not leverage it? So in the Rank Expand Academy, I'll have a link in the description. This is a community of people, right, a community of people like us, nerds like us, who are making money online right now. Somebody joined that, followed one of the modules, and they're making $10,000 per month plus doing this, doing exactly this. They reach out to regular people, right, and they are like, I can help you because I know internet things, I know AI,

7:43I can help you make more money. That is one of the best ways, in my opinion right now, to kind of stabilize. I like that. Me, right there, that's stable. Why is it stable? Because you are affixing yourself to a stable industry concept idea. Toilets, right? Toilets are always going to be there. Someone needs to fix them. I don't see an AI robot going out there anytime soon to fix a toilet. But of course that concept is, you know, more than toilets. Think of anything where a handyman works. Think of anything that's manufacturing. You wouldn't believe the amount of money a manufacturer is willing to pay you if you have just basic marketing skills. That

8:18can be paid ads, that can be SEO, that can be AI, that can be so much stuff, right? There's no reason you should not be making tons of money right now. So we're going to say number 1A is toilet stuff. What does that mean? What we just talked about. Number 2, I guess it would be number 2A? Would it be number 1B? I'm totally lost on that. But this is interesting. It's old school attention.

8:41So old school attention, I would consider it. I'm telling you how I make money right now. Old school attention is unstable. Absolutely unstable. Old school attention, think of a niche website. Think of that. If you know what a niche website was three, four, five, six years ago, that can still work. It's more difficult now and the problem is it's grossly, grossly unstable, like super volatile. You can make a lot of money but you need to understand certain things. Number one, you're not making money on Google anymore. It's not happening. So if you have a niche website or just let's just call it a website, right? It can be any website. It can be e-com. It can be

9:20information or it can be anything. If you get attention to your website, right, you can make a lot of money and it scales like crazy. It scales. It really scales and once you taste this sort of fruit, right, once you taste this one, the toilet stuff becomes less exciting. But in the back of my mind, right, I know that the toilet stuff is necessary because number 1B, old school attention equals website scales is going away quicker and quicker and quicker. How people do this, well, it's often on different because you don't have Google anymore, right? If you don't have Google, you need to use things like Facebook. There's a kabillion people on Facebook. You can

10:01get their attention. You can, you know, make money a bunch of different ways. Now we're on to number 1C. We're using this naming convention. We are going to stick with it. We have toilet stuff. We have old school stuff. We have number 1C, my favorite. Thank you for watching to this point in the video. Really appreciate it, right? Number 1C. Before we get there, let's talk about this.

10:19The roll-up risk is this. Have you ever seen that one video? It's like a clip from Austin Powers. If you know what Austin Powers is, like, I'm with you. But it's that clip where he's like, get him run, someone's getting run over by the steamroller thing in like slow motion. That's kind of what I imagined with the roll-up risk of 26. It's that if you work like on AI or computers and you have your head down for three months, right, and then you come up for air, you can get run over, right? That's the roll-up risk. You could just become irrelevant very, very quick,

10:48right? That's the roll-up risk. Make sure you're not in that. Now, let's talk about number 1C, my favorite. So when I started out in business years ago, what I did, right, is I cold called. I doorknocked. I did the things that suck, right? I'm kind of allergic to those to a degree now because I've gotten lazy as time has gone on, right? I'll admit it. But if you are somebody who is hungry and you want to make it, it's grit and it's do the, what is it, unscalable things that are hard, right? Now, why is this important? I'll give you an example. This is like cutting to

11:25the core. If you used to have a niche website, a website where people came on and they read your blog and you make money with display ads, people used to stay on those websites four minutes, five minutes, and they'd actually read the words. Nowadays, you're lucky if you own a website like that to have someone on your website for one minute. If you do two minutes, you're like at the S tier, best tier, amazing, right? People's attention spans have lessened, 20 something year olds, right? I think the competition is less and less. So if you're a young person, if you're an

11:54old person, if you're willing to do this, if you're willing to have grit and combine all the things we talked about and do the unscalable things that are hard, look, the opportunity you have is, it's it's incredible. It's incredible. There's no reason for you not to do well in life monetarily right now. If you do these things, grit, it matters. Go out there, rub shoulders with people, say hi, be a person, build a relationship, shake their hand and help them make more money.

12:23Provide value and that's how you will make more money. So this here is the Rank Expand Academy. If you come over to classroom, the module I was talking about earlier where the person scaled up really quick is right here, right? We have receipts of how things work. It's pretty intense, but if you follow this, I've seen people do really well. There's a community, there's weekly calls.

12:42If you want to be part of it, jump in there. I'll have a link in the description. Yet again, thank you for watching. Subscribe and I'll check you on the next one.
