0:00I created 50 different microsites over a year ago, and here's the results. We get leads every single day. We're going to talk about this more, and it's 100% AI. It truly is a passive system. This is something that we teach in the Rank Expand Academy, but I want to talk about three myths of rank and rent, 100% AI microsites today, because my mind was blown.
0:20After you see the data, you're like, my goodness, why haven't we been doing this all along? Now we're going to move fast in this video. What we are Googling is water heaters in San Diego. So a consumer needs a new water heater, and they're going to type it into Google, and if your website can show up, you're going to make money. It's really that simple, and it's been that simple for 20 years.
0:39A microsite is a website that can rank here that does not cost you much time or money. Typically, they rank right here. So if I click on this website, the ones that we build usually rank right here. This is where we would rank, but this here, let's just look at this website out of curiosity. I'm not proposing this as a microsite. I'm just showing you what can rank for that query.
0:58Now, San Diego has a huge population. There's a lot of money to be had. These guys, I guarantee you, are getting calls, because if you can rank your website high on Google organically, you're going to get organic calls with high intentions to buy your product. Now we're going to go over a lot of things here. I want to go over to the local SEO playbook.
1:16Someone in our community, Brian, he really crushes it. He came into the Rank Expand Academy, and he revved up to $10,000 a month because he grinded it out. Like he did the things. He listened to the community calls. He did the paths to $1,000. He came down here to the Upwork playbook. He did some microsites. He's making it happen, right? I love seeing that.
1:36He's the type of person that I like the best who has a grit inside of them. But basically what we're able to do here is he put together this for us to read. And I'm going to give you some insights on how to build a local website, right? And the myths about coming back over here, rank and rent 100% AI microsites. So the myth number one is they are small.
1:58The reality is a microsite because AI, AI can build these things like that now. They're humongous. They're better than most local business websites that exist out there, right? So if I come here and let's just go to these guys' website, they have 248 different Google reviews, and it's a nice website. I'm looking at it and I'm thinking to myself, I can build something comparable to this, no problem within an hour, which is crazy, right?
2:25Just crazy to say the level at which we are at nowadays. Let's come over to the site map. It doesn't render, unfortunately. I'm curious how big this website is. But if you see my previous video, right here, click on that, that is a quad code built custom WordPress website that can build something just as good if not better within an hour. I show you exactly how I build it within an hour.
2:46So the myth number one with microsites is that they are small. Micro, the word micro for us just means they are a small amount of work, right? And a small amount of money that you have to put out to create these things. Now myth number two is very, very important. It is that you can rank any niche, and that's a big problem.
3:05You cannot rank any niche. Listen, I tried, we tried, right? Me and Sean, the co-founder of Rank Expand Academy, we tried to rank some difficult stuff. So if I come back over here to water heaters in San Diego, you cannot come into like just a huge niche and have a microsite rank. You have to find the cracks. The cracks are where the opportunities are, right?
3:27Where most people don't think about. So if we come over to water heaters in San Diego, you could say to yourself, all right, what are the specifics about water heaters in San Diego that I can actually do? Can we talk about the costs? Can we talk about tankless water heaters? All of a sudden, when you put a prefix such as tankless water heaters, San Diego, tankless, right?
3:45Then you can compete. So a lot of people have trouble with this. They try to come in here and they do water heaters in San Diego, or they do, let's say, this is something I see often, right? Electricians in San Diego, you are not going to be successful if you're going after these big dog terms that are very generic in nature. People nowadays, how they search on Google and chat GPT specifically, they have conversations.
4:09So the more you can get granular, the more you can find opportunity in the cracks, the more success you are going to have. Which is why something like this, the local SEO playbook is so powerful. So what this is, it's a combination of my book because I gave everyone a digital copy of this thing in the Rank Expand Academy. And then Brian, who I was talking about earlier, he kind of made it his own.
4:29So he has his own way of doing things. I looked it over, I revised it for our liking. What you can do, and I'll just slowly scroll through here so you can see what's up, right? What you can do is copy and paste this into your favorite LLM. So if you're going to build with Claude, with GPT, with whatever you're building, Cursor or otherwise, right?
4:47You can, and you should, in my opinion, take something like a book, right? Take this thinking book. You don't even have to read books anymore, right? I hate to say that, I like reading books for the record. But you can take this. It's very efficient to take this or take something like this prompt and feed it to an LLM, right? Because once you start to build, the money is in the structure of a microsite, right?
5:09It's not in your ability to type anymore, right? Human editors, writers used to be very, very powerful. And SEO, that was a big barrier to entry, but now it is not. So what is the barrier to entry? It has to do with the knowledge on how to build a microsite, how to rank and rent properly. Now we're gonna pump the brakes for a second.
5:27I need to show you what this is all about because there's many different paths to success with local rank and rent websites. So this is the Rank Expand Academy. If I wanted to do this, I'm coming down here to this, the Microsite Playbook. Now this is intense, right? This is very intense. But what you're going to get is a system that can roll out microsites like that.
5:49Once you get the system, you can create 20, 30, 40, no problem, and that's the differentiator, right? If that's a word, did I say that right? I think I said that word right. But if you can do massive quantity for a low, low cost, you're playing a different game than the person who has one website over here for electricians XYZ, right? You are playing a different game.
6:09I do not want to play head to head with you. If you're in my competition and my client has a website in a local area, I want 30 websites for them. I want their primary website and I want 30 microsites. Why? Because I want to take over every query. I want every lead to come to me. So if you're going to play the old school way where it's one website competing against someone like me, good luck, it's not going to happen.
6:30It's not going to work. So this is the system right here, the Microsite Playbook that's going to teach you. Now, what's even cooler, well, not even cooler, but we have the Microsite Empire, which it gets more technical. And then we have down here the Cloud Code Website Builder. We have a lot of stuff here. But what's happening is because these AI tools are getting better and better and better, right?
6:50Watch my two previous videos, it'll blow your mind. But things are happening so fast and Fable came out recently and then it got revoked, but things are going to enable you to build so quickly that there's going to be this like golden opportunity era. Right, there's going to be a window where you have an opportunity to build because right now, right, if we go to Quad and we actually build with it, they're subsidizing tokens.
7:12Basically, it costs them money to allow me to build these websites. That's not going to last forever, right? Maybe one day, Cloud Code at its current iteration is going to be reserved for enterprise level situations because it's so expensive to use the tokens. I know I'm rambling, but the point is you have so much opportunity right now. If you want to build a rank and rent website, right, get out there.
7:33It's like putting your stake in the ground when it was a land grab. It's digital real estate is how I see it, right? So there's a free trial on the Rank Expand Academy. Come in, check it out, and I'll be in there. Now myth number three is you have to sell what would it be, static pricing. Now, this is very interesting to me.
7:53This is how you level up. Static pricing is one way to do it. So that chart I showed you earlier, that's as if we sold every lead for 100 to 150 bucks, right? This one right here on the screen, 100 and 150 bucks, but we don't do that. We don't do only static pricing. What we do is also percentage-based pricing, and that becomes very powerful when you have so many microsites in an area for a certain niche that they start to rank really well.
8:21You start to get power in that area. It's very excited and it's very, it's intense. It's intense because what happens is the business owner that you are working with realizes, oh my gosh, they're kind of taking over this area. And then you have the ability to say, look, every job that you sell, right, with one of our microsite leads, we want 10% of it, right?
8:42And that could be a lot of money dependent upon the niche. So myth number one, they're small. Myth number two, you can rank any niche you can. And myth number three, you have to have static pricing. The best case scenario for a microsite, a rank and rent AI, 100% AI microsite, is that you build something that ranks so well in Google and the affixed business where you're sending leads to is so excited that they want to expand services with you.
9:06And then you become ingrained in their business, and then you become invaluable. And then, you know, I know passive income is like a weird thing to say passive. A lot of people say it doesn't exist. But when you have an asset, a digital real estate asset that's producing leads for a company, it really doesn't get more passive than that.
