0:00With Claude Code, you can make a lot of money within two hours. You can make $5,000 within two hours. We are going to do an experiment right here. I got a timer going. Can you see it? Right? And this is all based on a recent comment. So at termite Valley said, I've been building websites for 20 years. Now mind you, this is because I, you know, I was talking about how to make money. Last video, I kind of set the framework for this last video. They said, I've been building websites for 20 years and I've been using it AI daily
0:25professionally for four years. Basically they've been using GBT since it came out. There's nothing you can build in two hours. That's worth $5,000. What a load of, you know what? And I said, yes, you can. You definitely can. Now I get it. If someone has never experienced building something quickly, that's excellent, right? That has a lot of value. So that's the challenge today.
0:45We have the timer going. We're going to get to work. Okay. So we have two options with this challenge. We can build a website from scratch or do a facelift. I need a local business with potential. So oftentimes what we do is we help local businesses with websites, with SEO, with AEO, because there's a lot of money there and there's not much competition.
1:02So what we're going to do is come over to Google. Let's see if we can do this roofers in Dallas, Texas, a lot of opportunity in Texas for roofers. Why? Because there's storms all the time. What I want to do is identify someone with, you know, the potential for success, but maybe their website kind of stinks. Um, and not stinks, but maybe just needs a facelift, right?
1:21So this one actually looks pretty good. I don't think they would need a facelift. Let's come back here. Let's go back. Um, I was doing lawyers in Memphis. Let's try something else. Let's come here. If my internet will work, come back here, let's go to all and I want to see who's kind of ranking a little bit lower. So let's come over here. So holdinroofin.com.
1:40And I don't know any of these companies. Let's see. Okay. It kind of, it looks good. This is a good website. Can we make it any better? Um, it looks old school to me, so maybe it could use a facelift. So if you had access to this website's back end, if you had, you know, the ability to transfer files back and forth to Claude, it would make this process way easier.
2:02And I kind of showed you that in the previous video, but let's see if Claude can scrape some of these things. And this is just for demonstration and I'm not going to scrape anything like personal to them, but I want to see if Claude can take what they have right now and give it a facelift within two hours. And I think we can do it in two hours.
2:19So install WordPress. We're in Kingston. Let's come over here. Holdinroofin San Jose. So we're going to create a staged out website and then we're going to create the credentials. This is very easy. It takes a minute for it to build, but the tact time that requires of me is not much. Now, this was pretty interesting. This is what you have to do.
2:35If you want to make money with these concepts, you have to have some sort of edge and the edge comes with you poking around. Check it out. We're poking around. So this is their site map. Anyone can access this. This is public information and you'll see they have the, about us, they have, you know, Austin roof and Dallas roof and all these things.
2:50But if you scroll down here, all of a sudden I'm thinking to myself, what the heck is this stuff? Products. You have 1961 Puma polo and I'm going to click on one. Like, what is this stuff? No idea. It's a remnant from probably the build they built this website with. So what you do is we just identified a big problem. Say, Hey, look, Bob, or whoever owns this company, you have an issue with your website.
3:12I already built you a new website, which we're building right now together. You want to work together? Now this is where we're at with time. Is that 11 minutes or so? So we need to get moving, right? Get moving. So at this point we have the website built. Technically it's built. It's absolutely horrendous. Just the vanilla build, but it's on WordPress. That's the cool thing. So we're going to come over here to Rick expand Academy, which by the way, you can get a free trial to check this out. Let's come down here.
3:38I did a little bit of work. Where is it? Let's come over here. Cloud code website building. So there's a lot you can do in this community. You can build microsites at scale. We have 50 microsites, which we show you how we do. It's a different build process than what we're doing here, but we're doing the cloud code stuff right now. What I want is this right here.
3:57So I'm going to copy all of this. We'll talk about it in a second, but I'm going to come over to Claude and this is going to guide this whole process. Now what we're doing here, this is Claude code and we are using the conversation that we did last video. So last video I kind of taught you how to set all of this up and you set it up because you want access to WordPress.
4:17Basically Claude code can do all the things for you. And then we have this mega prompt, which is going to guide it on how we want to build. Right. And the cool thing is it can already scrape and I use the word scrape. It's not scrape. It can view. It has vision because you give it access for vision to a website. So we can see the website we're building the existing one and make revisions.
4:35So we have a homepage prompt. We have a services hub prompt. We have individual services page, how they all interlinked together. And what it's going to do, and based upon this, you have access to this in the community, it will ask me some questions on my preferences. So you paste this into Claude code. It asks you your preferences and boom, it's going to build the website. Now here's the timer right now.
4:56We're at 15 minutes. Not bad, right? Not bad at all. Let's come over here. Claude gave us some information to consider. So there's a lot here, but I think it's worth pausing, right? What I already pulled from the company. I think this is so powerful. So Texas roof and set in stone since 1961. Very cool. So it can, it knows things that we don't have to go.
5:15It took, it took forever back in the day. This is why it's faster now. It took forever to be like, all right, what is the call to actions? What's this business about us? You know, what is, what can we write about? Claude does it all for us, right? This is a multi-location regional seven Texas metros, which we could expand. Here's their phone number proof. Owens Corns platinum preferred contractor.
5:34It does all the things. Now, because they run seven metros, location pages should nest by Metro. Great. Uh, the key questions, answer what you can defaults in italics. All right, niche. So they have defaults basically what it thinks we should do. So niche confirmed. We don't need anything. Do we add? No. So we're going to say number one. No, we're not going to add a number two service pages to build my proposed course set, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Yes.
5:59So it's going to propose to us what we want. Most profitable services. Um, yes. Roof replacement. Good. Keep it rolling. Primary market. Um, rank them all. Keep it rolling. Target locations, which suburbs? Um, I'm going to say your discretion, if that's how you spell discretion, emergency or appointment based. Um, both let's do primary CTA. Yes. Both equally. And this is, this is the cool part, right? So as we do this, any, any local business that you create, you'll have access to this where you just talk.
6:32You're just talking to a robot at this point that knows how to build the website properly. Because like on the last video, we also upload, this is the SEO book, which I wrote a couple of years ago, like actually human written when we didn't have access to GBT in a big way. Um, and we upload that, that brain to quad as well.
6:49That gives it kind of a good footing, um, proof ass assets. You can actually have before and after photos, um, do placeholders for now, uh, goal SEO only, um, both site size, let's do large, um, add to what is there and then last brand keep. Yes. All right. So Boop, there it is. So right now, if we come back to the phone, we're at 17 minutes and at this point we've given Claude code, basically everything it needs to really get a good MVP up and I can go get like a cup of coffee or tea, I drink tea and I can just walk away from a computer.
7:26But for the sake of the experiment, let's just keep this rolling, right? The tact time would actually require me to pause that because I don't need to do anything now, right? So are we going to judge by how much I have to do like type in or how much I have to sit and wait because I have two computers and you might have two computers, you work on one, you let Claude do the thing, you control tab, all that stuff. You get the point, but let's see what it can build. Now check this out.
7:47This only took like two minutes. We're at 19 minutes or 20 minutes on the timer. I like this, this visualization, it really helps, right? So it's proposing to do the roof and services like this. And this is all exactly how we build local businesses to rank on Google, right? That's the whole key. Let's do it. Service areas, service area Houston, and then this. Okay. Nice. Like it. Okay.
8:08And it's going to build it out even better. So the biggest success factor for a local business website is how many service location area pages you have. Claude code knows our rules. Let's make it happen. Money matrix, scalable money pages, phase two of a large build. Yep. I got you. Trust, boom, all these things, conversions, paid landing pages. I like it in legal utility. Okay. So what it's asking is, you know, this is the framework, blah, blah, blah. Yes. Build the darn thing.
8:37Let's say build the darn thing. And now we wait. Now we're at 22, 23 minutes. And as we build this or as Claude builds it, let's come back to the website we are considering revamping, right? Holding roofing. And I don't know these people. This is just a random Google search. You can see like there is some funkiness right here. Just, just looking at it, right? The call to action kind of sticks up here.
8:58If you can identify websites, right? If you can identify websites that need help and call them, and I wouldn't even offer this website for $5,000. I'll tell you at the end of the video, how I would structure this to make even more money, right? There's even more money here than $5,000 in my opinion, right? But you have to just be able to Google call someone and say, Hey, look, I've got a new website for you, man. Like we're at 20 minutes of work right now.
9:21If you had a VA, a team member, someone else doing this Claude code, right? Does most of the work. You just need someone to kind of guide it. It's not really rocket science at this point. It's just someone willing to do the work. So let's see what Claude is up to. It says it's a large build. So I'll lay foundation and design systems homepage now and then crank through the service location pages. It says now the child theme.
9:42So what we do with these websites, we utilize things like cadence or generate press or block C, which is a theme that already exists. A well known theme. Claude knows all about those themes. And we build a child theme on top of that very, very easy. And that's technically that technically is a custom WordPress build. That's what we're building here. It used to be very hard to do that.
10:00Now the reusable lead gen components. So it's doing CTAs and all that thing. Now the header, now the homepage, now the full design system and layout CSS, now added to short codes, now doing now the read me right for GitHub. So we push everything to GitHub. I didn't talk about that much in this video. I talked about that in the previous video.
10:17We talk about it in the rank expand Academy, but we have three basic components. We have WordPress, GitHub, and then we give everything connections, the wires between the things that allows this process to be very, very fast, allows Claude code to do all the things. And if you look down here at the very bottom, it's been going eight minutes and 20 some seconds and I have bypass permissions on that's very important. So the phone, what does the phone tell us?
10:38We're at 28 minutes. Can you believe it? 28 minutes. I think it could have been less because I've been doing other work. So my actual time so far is not that much, but here we go. So it's been 31 minutes and this is starting to look like something. This is the website that Claude just built. We have holding roof and peer services, service areas. Very nice.
10:57We're going to dig into this. Let's do something real quick. Let's push it to F two. How does it render on mobile? We have a call to action. It was sticky a second ago, so we're going to have to fix that at the bottom, but let's just look at desktop for now. It looks nice. So roof replacement for repair and storm restoration done right.
11:12Everything here is going to be done for our SEO specifications that we already fed it, right? So this is built correctly. So coming down here, nice call to action. I like it. Our roof and services excellent. Everything links down. So if I click here, roof replacement, we should go to the roof replacement build. Okay. Nice. We're going to have to put more copy on that page, which is just a request, right? So Claude is just building the framework. Now we look at what's built, and we're at 32 minutes, right? We see what it's built. Let's keep it rolling.
11:40Why Texas trusts holding roofing. It has all the nice things that are legitimate because it looked at the website. Okay. Nice serving homeowners and businesses across. We have some reviews, read more reviews. I wonder if these are real reviews. I'll ask it reviews, content coming soon. It's not real. So that's a placeholder. All right. Coming down here, we have all the service areas.
11:59Let's see how it does with Houston, Texas roofing in Houston, Texas. Nice. I'm going to ask it to do more copy. So these pages need more copies. So the framework is being built. So if we come back here to Claude code, right? It's still, okay. There you go. Boom. Done. So what's done is this. What's still placeholder phase one, finish seven service pages. Okay.
12:22Seven Metro pages. Okay. So these are just the placeholder aspects trust pages and real roof hero photography. So I'm going to say utilize this YouTube for the homepage. And every lander where you think a customer might hit for SEO searches, right? So what we're doing here, if I come back, they already have a YouTube channel, right? And it's a good video. They have it on the homepage and that's a customer testimonial.
12:49So we might as well utilize that. So when you build these websites, the trickiest part is not the copy. It's not the website structure, as you could see, right? That was easy. What we need, right? Is images. We need images and video. So if a client already has those things and you already had access to the WordPress build, my goodness, this would have been done, right?
13:08So the tricky part is actually now building it out. So it actually looks nice. All right. We're at 43 minutes. I definitely stepped away from the computer. It probably has been much less tacked time, but look, it uploaded the video. It looks nice. Now, when you start putting videos and images on a website, number one, it, it works for the clients, like, like your client, if the holding roofing was our client, they would love it because it's their brand.
13:31It's what they worked hard for. This stuff matters. Also it works for potential clients for them, right? People need to trust and feel comfortable with a website and that's images and video. So easy peasy. Now, what we're going to do, we're going to come back to cloud code and what it proposed. This was interesting. So up here and I accidentally hit the wrong button, but what it proposed right here, I wish you could have seen it. It said, should I deploy 26 different agents to do the remaining work?
13:55Basically what it's going to do, like, have you ever seen Mr. Smith in the matrix, right? That guy. So cloud code basically just said, can I make 26 of myself to just finish this project for you? And I'm like, absolutely. That sounds great. Now look here, this is where it gets absolutely crazy. It was running the multiple agents up here, right? It is running them and it blew through. Do you see this?
14:16Almost three, that was 300,000 tokens. I just watched it, right? It took like, it took like 20 seconds to blow through 300,000 tokens. That is crazy, right? So it's going to ask me some stuff for pixels, but unbelievable when you can have parallel agents working together. Now check this out. This is the website. It looks beautiful. We have all the things. The only thing that's missing is images, but that's very easily addressable, right?
14:39So come down here. I told it, we need a lot of copy on these pages, a lot of words, right? Specific words. And the reason is this is how AI, right? GBT grabs things, understands them, shows them to potential clients. It's how Google is going to rank this website. This is a huge step up from what they had previously. And it's based 100% on what we do in the Rank Expand Academy.
15:00Look at the internal links here. It's crazy, right? This is such a pain in the butt to build back in the day. This is legitimately, listen, people give me grief. I mean, we started this video with someone giving me grief about there's no way you could sell this for 5,000 bucks in two hours. Well, I'm here to tell you, you can, right? We've been working for this long, right?
15:19And I could easily sell this for that sort of money. But back in the day, this sort of website used to be a 10 to $20,000 website. Of course we would need some unique images to throw one here, but I'm telling you this thing is a custom WordPress build. Therefore you have a child theme in this case, or a father theme, Block C, and then we build a child theme on top of it.
15:39It's a custom build that's blazing fast. We do not need any plugin anymore, by the way, for WordPress websites. I know I'm throwing a lot at you, but the point is this thing is top tier. This, if you can do right for a client that doesn't have a proper website within an hour, they'll be happy to pay you. How I would structure this is different than what I've been talking about in this whole video, right? I would structure this as a free website.
16:03I'd actually give this to you for free. Mr. Jones, here's a free website. You know, I think you're going to like it, right? Your current website has some problems. Remember, we came over here previous. We did the sitemap thing. If we come over to sitemap.xml and I would show Mr. Jones or whoever it was. Look, for whatever reason, when someone built your website initially, they had all these weird products in there. Do you sell Mr. Jones, you know, 1961 teas or whatever this is? No, what the heck is that doing on my website would probably be their reaction.
16:32And then you'd say, well, no problem. I've already got you covered. Here's your website. I kind of rebuilt it. Maybe you want a few things different. How about this? I give it to you for free. And on top of that, I'm going to give you some microsites. We can talk about that later, but I'll give it to you for free. We've already done the work.
16:46We have the systems in place and what we'll do is it'll be a $500 a month, you know, just maintenance fee where we host it. You can call us. We can change things on the website. No problem. This is going to rank better for you, Mr. Jones. And on top of that, we're going to do microsites. So what are microsites? So I haven't talked about it much, right? Well, on this channel, I've talked about it quite a lot, but what these are the Microsite Empire and the Microsite Playbook, we also for clients build these little websites that have to do with roof
17:12replacements or whatever the niche is around their service location, right? Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. So instead of one website, Mr. Jones, you can have five websites. We're going to have your primary website. We're going to have your primary website, which we've already rebuilt. And then we're going to give you four microsites around your area. Now, what this does is a few things.
17:30He's going to be stoked because his website just got a huge facelift. He didn't technically have to pay for it. He only has to pay $500 a month, right? And he's going to see more leads come in. And on top of that, the value is intense for microsites on top of that, which we teach you in the Rake Expand Academy. So what this does is you get paid cashflow. We want cashflow, right?
17:50And the cashflow is important for them and for you. It makes it easier for them to say yes, and it makes it easier for you to plan your future. Now, the microsites, they do work, they pull in leads, and it's just kind of like a cherry on top and it helps retention. That person who has their one website plus four microsites is never going to leave your agency if you want to build an agency. I mean, there's so many ways to cut this, right?
18:12I talk about it a lot in the school community, but listen, I mean, we've been going 52 minutes and it's probably less because I've been going off and getting tea. You can make a lot of money with quad code, building websites, custom WordPress websites. And listen, when you join the Rake Expand Academy, which has a free trial, so why not try it? You're going to click start here, and this is going to give you some paths, suggested paths, depending upon what your goals are, right? You may want to make money really quickly. Okay, great. You may want to learn how to build AI things. Great.
18:42There's a lot for you to do, a lot of opportunity, different paths for different people, paths to a thousand bucks. Here's what you can do. You can come down here. There's a lot of content and it's a great community. We do weekly calls. So I'll see you in there and thanks for watching and I'll check you on the next one.
