0:00You can make tons of money if you do this tactic. You can rank any website if you do this tactic. Does it work all the time? Of course not, but it's pretty darn good. You can rank any website on Google. How do I know this? I've been doing this a long time, and we're running a contest right now in the Rank Expander Academy. Do you see this? I'll zoom in. Microsite SEO contest official rules. We have 50 applicants. We have two queries. So, two queries that they're going after, and whoever wins is going to, you know, win that prize right
0:25there. But, what is it going to also show us? So, it's been going on for 6 days, and it shows us that you can rank any website on Google. There is some stipulations. It gets harder for certain niches. We're going to learn about in this video. This is the case study. So, two kinds of people, one process. So, this is good if you own a local business, right? And this is good if you want to do AI rank and rent via microsites. That's the whole idea. So, 50 plus marketers, one starting gun. We started 6 days ago.
0:53Nobody could register a domain before that. Nobody knew the queries we were going after. So, it was like a secret competition. You can't use an aged domain, and you have to rank in organic searches. That's what's important to me, important to the competition. So, a fresh domain and a microsite built in days. I'm going to roll over. I'm going to go fast through out of respect for your time, but you're going to see a lot of things you usually don't see here.
1:14It's pretty fun. So, the best sites are cityplus service.com. That's the EMD, the homepage on the query, right? Service 123, frequently asked questions, estimates, and then towns. That's how any good local business website is built. That right there. Take a snapshot. You can see how any good local business is built with this kind of chart. You could even take this and send it to GBT, and it could build you a nice website. So, it looks like a real company, right? Built with AI fast and finished by hand. Very easy. Now, before we go on, how how how easy is it? Well,
1:47it takes me like 10 15 minutes to build one of these websites in about $12. And if I can outcompete people, right? On Google, businesses for $12, and it cost them thousands of dollars to build their website, we're cooking with fire. So, every site is aimed at one of two searches. So, we have these queries. A query is just what you type into the Google. About half the sites go into A, the other half go into B. One of the queries is harder, come to find out, harder than the other. And the reason we're doing two queries is because maybe
2:15this query is super hard and we didn't realize it. You have to test, right? So, keep it rolling, climb the organic results, you collect the points. This is how the contest works. It's that simple. The number one slot, you can see right here, is going to get 50 points for each query it can rank. And then it progresses down all the way to page two, right? Very simple. Only the site itself in the real organic results. So, we're not doing sponsored ads, local service ads, AI overview. And look, if you look at this chart right here, you're going to see the problem with a lot of of
2:45ranking on Google. You have to pick a niche that you're not up against all these different things, right? Map pack and business profiles. We want the least amount of these top things right here when we do real rank and rent, right? We want organic result number one. We even want organic result number two. And then Reddit, Facebook, YouTube directories, you're going to see how these come into play. Very interesting. So, brand new sites were scoring within a week. It's been six days, right? So, domains submitted about 50 plus, indexed in the top 50, 21 right off the bat, and already scoring
3:18uh points in the top 20. Or six. Very, very interesting. And everyone Everyone's doing different strategies. It's very very cool. Some are doing very vanilla things. Some are going into left field and trying something new. Very fun. So, when the price process is right, the whole field rises together. So, if I come back to this and and do this slide again, you'll see over the last day, it's interesting. Every Everyone in the competition for a particular niche, the particular query, they Everyone increased five, four, five, four, six, four spots. Everyone increased as like a team.
3:51Really weird. So, what this shows you is shows you is Google takes takes new websites and it always tests them. There's always volatility in the beginning. We're going to see this this group and break apart here because of volatility, but it's always doing that. On the heavier query profiles beat every site. And this is what's weird. And this is a lesson right here, a lesson in itself. So, on the heavier query, so the harder query to rank for, profiles are beating every site. So, How was profiles, Pinterest, Facebook, Manta, and then their actual microsites. So, we have two queries, one is harder than the
4:26other. The one that's harder, and mind you, it's only been 6 days, right? 6 days is nothing. We have we have many more days to go, but 6 days off the bat, the websites, and some people call this parasite SEO, that already have huge domain ratings, are the ones that are ranking. So, the eight strategies in order, um here we go. Read the serp before you build. This is what I recommend. Publish or make the brand equal the query. So, the domain, H1, title, slug, etc. Publish the whole shape on day one. So, whenever you stage out a website, you should stage stage
4:57stage and then push live so Google sees a beautiful website day one. You're going to get indexed in days, hopefully. There's ways to encourage this. You're going to stack profiles with identical details, right? Borrow trust from platforms Google believes. So, the previous slide, this one here, the House, the Pinterest, the Facebook, da da da da, you are borrowing trust from other platforms and you're sending that trust to your main website, your microsite.
5:21Earn links that carry relevance, so badges, listings, mentions. Put one detail real detail real Excuse me, real detail on every page. Measure the same way and then wait. Right? You don't have to have Google Search Console, by the way. So, know which kind of query you are in. So, query A, let's say is a lighter local search, which is one of ours. You can see here our first contest microsite right here is number nine. So, in 6 days, they're on page one. Very, very cool. Query B is heavier, right?
5:50And our best microsite right now is on page two at, you know, 21. And what is the problem is, you can see there's local incumbents right here. What that means is, if you go into a an AI rank and rent space with heavy, heavy competition, you're not going to make it. It's not going to happen. You have to pick a niche or a subniche that's going to be relatively easy. So, this this is great. I mean, you should pause the video here if you're trying to do this yourself. This really describes how to do AI rank and rent well. So, say the
6:17query everywhere it counts once. So, you can see here the slug, servicecity.com/townshipa. These, I mean, yet again, you could take a screenshot, give this to an AI agent. But, you could have your title tag have these different things in it, the service, the township, etc. The H1, service in township A, and then the first paragraph, the P copy is going to have it. You want to basically force-feed information down Google's throat that you want it to see. Google is a math machine and binary ones and zeros. It's our job to give it the correct math, right? So, every page exists to push the homepage. So, our
6:53service pages, our town pages, our other town pages, our frequently asked question and contact and estimates. So, we use flat URLs, and what this uh I mean, maybe we're getting too technical there. Let's just skip that part, but the idea is you want everything pushing authority to the homepage itself because that is what usually ranks on Google. So, here's the path from publish to position. We're going to publish all pages at once. We're going to have our sitemap. You have to have a correct sitemap for Google to understand. And it's not I mean, quote unquote necessary, like dependent on all of this
7:26working, but it really, really helps. Uh search console you can use. You can submit it and wait and watch if you want to force index, and there's other ways, too. You can do signals such as profiles and a few links. Google's going to crawl it. It's going to index it, and then it's going to position. Now, when you're in the position phase, Google's going to be volatile like I was saying before.
7:46It's going to test you. But there's going to come a time when Google tests your website with a real human and you better hope your website was good enough to pass that test because that is the real test. So borrow trust from domains Google already believes in. This is huge. The people who are crushing it right now in the contest do things like this. I'll zoom in here. You have all these different social platforms which are free to use, right? If you have a free platform that you can lend authority from for your local business.
8:13Let's say you are a plumber and you have a real business, you have a real website. Why not have all these different profiles setting authority to your website? The same concept proves here to yours as it does microsites. So a few relevant links beat a pile of random ones. This is very very true. So a local business site with a badge or a mention to your homepage, great. A niche directory or a best of listing which, you know, we've talked about AI directories on this website.
8:41Building them yourself can be very powerful for this reason. Local blogs or news, these offload to your homepage, great. These are greater for local SEO than some random high DR spam website, you know, such as like it includes so how do I Let's just back up. You have websites you can buy backlinks from. Sometimes those websites have things like gambling and forex and these type of things. You don't want any You don't want anything to do with that for this concept. Just stay away from there. So behind a wall trust comes before content. So the light serp structure is enough to start and this is what we
9:13want, right? So for the light serp and serp is just like Google results. So for the light one, the easier one, so there's two queries, the easier query, strategy two and three and four get you into the points. Basically, you can build a nice website and just let it cook. And whoever has the best EMD, on-page content is is is going to do well here. But then when you have a serp, a heavy serp, a hard one, you have Angie's List, you have Houzz, you have all these different platforms you are fighting against, it becomes much, much more difficult, which lends to the idea
9:45that you have to pick your niche correctly. Now, getting into the meat and potatoes, listen, I encourage you to comment on this video with your questions. Sometimes people just want to talk trash and I'll just say wrong or whatever, right? But we're having fun here. We're having fun. If you want to do this yourself, have We have a 7-day free trial. This is one of the fastest growing communities on school platform for SEO, for G E O, for making money online. I recommend coming down to the micro site empire. Come in here. This is my favorite thing probably in the whole
10:13community right now. This is a zip file, right? This thing right here. You download this. You give it to your L L M of choice, Codex, give it to Claude Code, whatever, and it knows exactly how to build like we've been describing in this video. All right, let's keep it rolling. Let's come right here. So, this is what's cool about this case study. It It's You can't fake the proof, right?
10:34And this is the the scoring system. So, the number one position here is going to get 50 points. Number two is 40, and then it drops off steeply because, as you know, whoever has the top position in Google gets the lion's share of traffic. It's not like a a linear type of thing. It's more like parabolic and it as it should be. So, two paths for you to go down. If you're a local business owner, do this. If you're a rank and rent builder, do this. Most people watching these videos like the idea of a side hustle. So, what I
11:01recommend, if you're starting from scratch, is you're going to get that zip file. Right? You're going to come in come into the community, you're going to learn, build, you know, be a part of the community, number one, because that's what it's there for, to learn. But you're going to eventually choose a light SERP with weak incumbents. I mean, that's a lot of jargon. What does that mean? Basically, when you Google the term you're going after, how many other websites are going after that and are they strong websites, right? Then you're going to purchase an exact match domain, which has full alignment to the exact
11:29search. You can use Google Keyword Planner. It's a free tool to figure out what is the volume and competition, right? It's not perfect, but it gets you halfway there. Then you're going to publish the whole shape, basically the whole website completed, right? Never ever ever publish a website half-baked. Terrible. Always publish it completely baked. Submit it and then index it. Do the profile stack the same week and then measure. Now, I'm curious how this thing progresses. Everyone's doing different tactics. I can see everyone's websites.
11:57It's pretty wild. There's going to be a lot to learn from this that will have in the community. Can we crack the the harder query, right? The easier one people are already I can already see how that's going to go, but the harder one is going to be interesting, right? But if you want to join, come check it out. It's a community. It's a 7-day free trial, the Rank Expander Academy.
12:13Hyperactive community, in fact, in 17 minutes as I'm recording this video, we have our weekly community call, which is always recorded. If we come here to the classroom, where are they? I think we have every Yeah, the call vault. You'll see we have every 1-hour community call posted. Like you can watch every single one. I'm in there. Um a lot of people are sharing really really good tactics and strategies. But anyways, thanks for watching and I'll catch you on the next one.
