0:00I'm making six figures a month and I think it's going to increase using AI. So, here's three simple ways to make money using AI based upon what I do, right? So, if you don't know me, my name is Jesse. I run this community right here called the Rank Expander Academy. We talk about how to make money with AI. It's great. But, let's get into it.

0:15Three simple ways, and if I come here, I'm going to skip ahead. Own it, solve it, sell it. That's the basis of this video I want to talk about. But, one lever makes all of this work. You have to understand this foundational principle first. Costs have dropped. Listen to me. The cost to do things nowadays have dropped, but prices have held on. So, commoditization, right? Any industry often has commoditizations when prices decrease to build the thing, right? If it If it costs, you know, whatever, $2 to build this and it used to cost 20, we can charge less money.

0:45But, what's happened right now is costs have dropped, prices have held, and that gap is the money, right? What it costs to make right now is very, very tiny. Why? Because we have AI. But, people still pay the prices as before. There's a few ways to go after this, right? I'm going to talk to you how I approach this. It doesn't mean that we're going to build for tiny and charge the same as before, but it's happening right now. It is happening. That is arbitrage, right?

1:11And people who are on the front edge of any technological advance, they benefit. They largely benefit. Why? It's this graph right here. This is why they benefit. Now, we're going to go over three different tactics. You may like one of them, you may like all of them. But, let's talk about it. Own it, solve it, sell it. Let's keep it moving. Play number one, one out of three, is build it once, rent it forever. Nowadays, you can build a website for very, very affordable price in like one to $2 a month, and you can sell that many different ways, right? How we do it

1:38is build AI makes the website, and then you rank it in Google, and then you can rent the leads that come in to a contractor, or you can run them yourself. This is called rank and rent. It's very easy to do in terms of building the websites. Building the websites is not the issue anymore. That's hyper easy. Now, take a step back. There are people that still pay tens of thousands of dollars for their websites. Local contractors are willing to pay some of them. If they're a successful contractor, you better believe they're willing to shell out 20 grand for a website. And if you can

2:07build one for pennies on the dollar, that could be a huge opportunity. But what I like better is something like this. I like this word right here, recurring rent out. Recurring is a good term. It's cool to make a bunch of money on a one-time gig, but what's even better, right, is making recurring revenue. There's a reason MRR is such a popular term. So let's say $10 in and you can rent the thing out. If you have a successful website that you own through this process, you can rent the leads for a long time. And guess what?

2:36You own it. I prefer to have $1,500 every single month than making a one-time $5,000 profit, right? Let's do the long game here. Now play number two is the demand play. So you're not going to guess, you go where the money is already moving. So if I come back over here, I come to the community, right, the Rank Expander Academy. You are going to see people in here who will do this module. I'm going to come here, classroom, 90 days to freedom, the Upwork Playbook. So, what we teach is how to use AI, how to use SEO, how to use your skills that you can acquire

3:08here, by the way, to go on to where people already are, right? People are willing and they want to pay for these services. So go where the money is already moving. Now off this concept, we've seen people come in and make $40,000 what I'm telling you right now, right? They joined months ago, they've made $40,000 with this. So simple problems now cheap to solve, right? So what we're going to do is filter for simple problems, we're going to deliver fast, and we're going to build a track record.

3:36What do contractors, what does anyone want in life? They say there's three things, right? Easy, fast, and cheap. You can only have two of the three. But with AI nowadays, you can kind of have all three. Now this is what most people do not realize, it's said small gigs are the bait. Listen, if you're going to do Upwork, you're going to have to eat some dirt. I'm sorry, it kind of sucks at times. I get it. But, every once in a while a whale is going to emerge, and that is the whole point because as I tell people in the community, one

4:05opportunity can change your your life. Period. One opportunity is all it takes. Most of the time people are fearful to even start. Maybe they have imposter syndrome, but I'm telling you that there are whales on these type of platforms. We've seen it time and time again. The example of the $40,000 made was with a partnership whale that the person just had an opportunity with because they put themselves out there. Number three, this next one is going to be a paradigm shift. At least it was for me. Once I figured this out, everything opened up, right? But, the first two steps what

4:34I've described with microsites, you have two modules right here. Do you see it? Microsite Playbook and Empire. And then the second step, the Upwork Playbook is here. If you want to join a community of people that are doing this, making money, we have over 700 members. There's a 7-day free trial. You can see Brandon here, 300 plus leads Friday through Tuesday, crushing it. Mark doing the same. You can see this sort of stuff. I just got off of the community call. We have a weekly community call, and then we have a once-a-month private call.

4:597-free-day trial. Just join, check it out. so this is the important one. Step number three, the paradigm shift. Cost dropped, price held, the gap is the money. I'm okay with being the person that starts to commoditize AI. I'm just going to say it. You can listen to the talking heads. They say either price yourself super low, super low, or super high. If you get caught in the middle, it starts to really suck. So, what I'm starting to do, and I'm really excited about this, a dollar in, right, to build a website. Let's call it $2 a month, whatever. 50 to 100 out. If if I

5:35called you if I called you on the phone and I said, "Look, I know you paid or you're about to pay $1,000 or $5,000 for a website, I'll build it for $49 a month, and there's no upfront fee." What do you say? What do you think someone's going to say to that offer? That is a very compelling offer. And when you look at the money, right? You look at the money and it costs us a dollar or two, and you can learn how to do this in the academy, and it would it would yield margins that are effectively what? Margins that are 95%

6:04plus. Now, here's the math. This is why it is so exciting, right? So, instead of going high in price and super high and taking, you know, advantage of that arbitrage opportunity, which people still do, that's fine, right? I'm I'm into it, but if you go super low, you can monetize the product, your offer is so compelling, it's almost like they're stupid not to say yes type of thing, right? Here's the math. So, if we have only 50 clients, 50 clients, and the cost is say a dollar for each website because the way we build them is such, right? That's $4,900

6:36a month recurring. I know most people that watch this channel, like that probably would replace a lot of people's like full-time jobs or part-time jobs or whatever. 50 clients. That's it right there. And the cool part is, if one client only yields revenues of $49 a month, you're not heartbroken when one of them leaves, because of course there's going to be churn with building a website or doing a service for them on a recurring basis, right?

7:04Imagine if you had hundreds though, right? This is something that truly has enterprise value. When you start to stack clients together at a low entry point, huge margins, it has real enterprise value. Now, chart format, I like this. It's going to give us an idea of what you might want to do. So, microsites, Upwork, and websites. So, speed the first dollar, what is the fastest? Where are you going to make the most money quickest? It's going to be Upwork, no doubt, right? Work after setup, Upwork is going to be the highest, right? That's the downside. So, you can get money really quick, and I

7:37encourage people to go on there, use our system, right? It works. People are doing it, and get cash flow, right? Immediately. And then you can do all the fun things on the side. Hire a VA, free up your time, right? Income shape, recurring rent on microsites, great. Upwork is a retainer or project basis. And websites, like I was describing, could be subscription. And then the scale, right? Microsites, you could take over an entire industry if you're excellent at it. Upwork, it's capped by your hours unless you run an agency model. But my encouragement is to just get cash flow immediately. Right? And

8:10websites can be hundreds of clients. Microsites and websites, like I described, are the the most scalable. And the best trait for each of them, microsites, they can compound. Upwork, cash flow now. And then the websites, it's just pure margin. Now, the problem most people don't realize there's like a time bomb right now, a time basis issue. And what I mean is, all these cool things we build in the community and all the modules with the AI and the compression of what it costs to what people still pay, it's all on the backs of the subsidies that Anthropic and OpenAI give us as users to build things.

8:41Basically, what I'm telling you is, this graph right here, what it costs to make right now is tiny, is only because they're subsidizing. Sure, you can use frontier models from this country or that country and get your price down. I get it. But the fact is, if we had to pay raw costs of the token usage to build a microsite or a website, it would be 10 times the amount potentially.

9:02Like a lot more money. So, if that's ever going to change in the future, you're going to look back on this. And if you didn't act right now and do something about it, you're going to be upset because we have a wave of opportunity, and it just takes someone to come in and start, right? Get your feet wet. We have 7 days free trial right now in the Rank Expander Academy.

9:20I'll have a link in the description. Come join us, check it out. See if it's right for you.
