0:00The whole idea here is a thousand different microsites, but some people they really freak out on this idea. What they're telling me is that Google is against it. Microsites are against Google and I say I'm building a thousand anyways because sometimes in the comments of this channel, if I come over here to comments or community rather, click these two buttons, you're going to see all sorts of comments. And sometimes people say some interesting things, right? This one says Google banned AI is like a joke. They're the biggest slot factory and then they'll say they use AI to implement the AI rule. I mean,

0:31there's a lot of opinions out there, but someone recently said something that I found pretty darn interesting. So, if we come back over here, what they said is microsites will get you kicked off of Google. And if you don't know what a microsite is, it's basically a website that we create, right? It ranks on Google and then it gets calls, leads into it which you can resell or you can run yourself. Pretty darn simple. And what they're saying is it's going to get banned, right? But microsites get confused with three things that Google actually bans, which we should talk about. Doorway pages, number one. Link

1:01networks, number two. And scaled content abuse. So, if we keep it rolling, is a microsite a doorway? Do you know what a doorway page is? This is like old-school SEO type of stuff. A doorway page is something Google really does not like. It's a hollow page that exists only to catch a search and shove the visitor off to a different page. It's not the destination. It's basically it's like a trap. It's like it's like a switcheroo type of thing, right? But a real microsite, how we build them in the community, if I come over here, you're going to see people's testimonials. Like

1:31Brandon here got 300 plus leads Friday through Tuesday using microsites. Mark, he has six microsites that rank on page one of the same search. So, basically he's taken over all of Google for a particular query. Awesome. And if you scroll down here, there's tons of other testimonials. But the idea is a real microsite is the actual destination. The visitor lands, they get the answer and calls the number right there. So, for a microsite, which is a local business website that produces leads that gets leads in here. Anytime they call our website, we answer. How do we answer?

2:03Well, I'm not waking up at 1:00 a.m. to answer. We use AI agents to answer 24/7 and qualify the websites. Now, number two is microsites a PBN. What is a PBN? It's a private blog network, another old school thing. I'm thinking to myself, how are we going to get banned on Google? Some people say this whole thing is a scam that Google's going to ban it.

2:22Well, you be the judge after this video, right? A PBN is a web of sites all linking to each other for fake authority. Usually, how they do this is is they have many websites they own. They use different services to kind of cloak them so you can't like see a footprint in a way, and then they push up a money page. But a real microsite, how we do it, and a lot of people ask this question, they are stand-alone. So, it does not link into any network. Each one earns its own rankings on its own, basically. What we can do with our

2:50system is is take one microsite out of the mix and it has no effect on any of the other websites that we have. It's very important. Again, it goes both ways. And then, this is probably the most important distinction we need to talk about is a microsite scaled junk. So, in a previous video, we're talking about how Google is banning AI websites.

3:11They are if they do scaled content abuse. And what is that? Typically, it's thousands of near identical pages with no value pumped out only to manipulate the rankings. Volume with nothing behind it. But a real microsite is focused. It's It's useful and it's about one service in one place. So, for local business SEO, if you have a local business or if you have a website you want to attract people, Google wants two things. They want a service attached to a location on that website. Because when someone types into Google, I want this particular service, Google knows where they are due to IP address and like the

3:47history of Chrome and all these things. Your website needs to force-feed them exactly those two things, which is how our microsites are built. Now, before we go on, I want to show you this. This is an example of a microsite that I built on this channel. I have a link in the description if you want to go check that out. But, how does a microsite rank so well in Google? How do we make money with it? It's because everything is focused on those two variables I was talking about. A service, a particular service, and a location. So, if you look

4:14at this website here, it starts to make sense. Why are we repeating things over and over? Sewer line replacement. Right there is the service. Where do we do it? We do it in Dallas. You come down here to our services. We do 1 2 3 4 only. So, you have your primary niche, which is a subniche of plumbing, right? Sewer line replacement is a subniche within a mega niche, which is plumbing. And then we have other, about four to six different subniches. But, the service area pages, I'm telling you, this is where it really matters. Stuff like this. Neighborhoods we work in, cities north and east of

4:48Dallas. I can click on any of these and I go to sewer line replacement in this place in Texas. The whole idea here, if you don't remember anything in this video, is if you want to do this, make sure you force-feed Google a service, a very particular service, and a particular area. Now, here's exactly where the line is. Cuz remember, some people are saying that this stuff is going to get banned. What we are building right from day one is a very well-optimized website. We have the structure, we have it all. There's a zip file if you come here. So, you join the

5:21academy. It's a 7-day free trial. Come to the classroom. You can come immediately and check out the microsite playbook here. But, after some time, you'll have access to the microsite empire. This right here, you can look at the screen, microsite empire. This This zip file right here is the brains that you can hand to any LLM. And basically tell it, I want this structure for my website. And that is That's everything right there. That's how I I able to build this website live with you on a different video and it has pretty darn good. If we had some stock imagery here

5:51instead of the AI kind of going off course and doing SVG files, so you can see here above my head, like that's supposed to be a stock imagery. So I messed up in the live build with you, but that's very easy thing to replace. This sort of website, if you have a custom logo, is is better than most local business websites. But some people will freak out with that statement. How is it better? Does it look better? All I care about is leads, right? I want to make money with this website. So whoever has a website that makes the most money

6:19is a better website, right? But the line is this. You do not want to do what? Cloned pages right now. You do not want to have an interlinked network right now. That's a huge footprint, thin funnels and mass junk with no service. What we do want is unique sites that stand alone with real destination and a real business on the phone. If someone calls one of our microsites, guess what?

6:41They're going to be ported to a contractor that can help them. That's a huge distinction. So, some people are going to ask, "Why the heck are you going to build a thousand of them?" I can tell you my personal goal is to make $99 per month per microsite. A thousand of them, if you do the math, that's a lot of money. So why are we going to build a thousand of them? Well, simply put, to make money. Now there's still opportunity for anyone to do this. I think anyone can do the strategy, but there's two things that are coming down

7:06the wire right now that are very, very important to talk about. Number one is the basis of fear. I'll get into that, but the biggest one is that AI is being subsidized right now. So all these companies, Anthropic with Claude and and and ChatGPT, OpenAI, they subsidize the token usage of users, me and you. We get to build these microsites or any website or anything for subsidized amounts, like crazy. If that ever lifts, it's going to cost us a huge amount of money to build these things I'm describing here. The things that we build in this community, right? If I

7:37come over here, the things that we build would cost probably 10x the amount. Like you can come to the classroom, come to the microsite empire. All these things, if we were not getting subsidized tokens, would probably cost way more. Therefore, it's time-based. We all have a certain amount of time to build, build, build, build, build. That's why I'm building so frantically right now.

7:56That's why I have revved up everything. The other thing working against a lot of people, I think, is the fear. Fear is the filter, right? Most people hear it's against Google. They hear, you know, black hat SEO. When none of those things are true. This is getting a little abstract, but I think we should all be reminded of this right here. Never ever forget this screenshot right here, that Google is a for-profit company. Listen to me. They do not make the rules of the internet. Although we still follow their guidelines, I want to be clear that Google does not make the rules of the

8:29internet because they are not the internet, right? They are an intermediary. They are the middleman. And we use their product for free. Therefore, if you use a product for free, you are the product, right? Never forget that. I find it kind of funny when people are screaming about some sort of ascribed morality to guidelines of Google. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. But, let's stay on track here. How to build a thousand and stay clean. We have four things. Each site is a real destination.

8:55Each site is stand-alone. Each site is genuinely useful and each one is a real business, has a real business behind the phone. What Google does to rank, and this came out in the Department of Justice hearings years ago, they call it Well, it's user engagement, but there was a term in can't find the term. If someone could pull this up, I'd love it. Singleton abandonment. I saw that term, those two words, in a document, which basically means when someone types in a query into Google, right? They're going to find a website.

9:21If they click that website and they're satiated and they never go back to that original query and poke around, Google assumes that they were happy, the user was happy. Therefore, let's rank that website higher. And if that's the case, why do we build the websites in the manner that we do? Why do we have an AI agent answer every single phone call 24/7? It's because we want the user to be happy. So, at the end of the day, junk is against Google's guidelines.

9:45Microsites are not, at least how we build them. And we have a 7-day free trial going on right now. Check it out. This is the Rank X Bean Academy, one of the fastest growing SEO communities, AI communities on the platform.
