0:00The biggest opportunity of our lifetime is AI. Everyone knows this, but 99% of people don't know how to make money with it properly because, well, we're going to get into that in this video. I'm going to share with you five different ways that I'm making money with my partner, Shawn Buckles. Different ways, different things that you can adapt to adopt right now to make money faster than ever before. So most people never make money with AI. We make money with AI doing five simple things. That's what we're going to talk about. So number one, we have same opportunities faster. I mean, we're going to literally

0:31go over what the heck we're doing here. So me and Shawn, same opportunities. We do the boring stuff faster. It's 10 times more profitable if you're like a solo entrepreneur. Perfect. The money you have to realize comes from distribution, simple setups, and then we're going to use AI to increase leverage, not creativity. So if I'm at zero, Shawn, I need to get to 5k a month. What are we going to do? Well, first off, we don't look for any new ideas. We take what's already working. We find something that is already selling, and then we just use AI to execute faster and cheaper. That's basically it. Right, right, right. Yeah, here

1:09we go. The example. So the SEO research assistant, we're going to do a video after this one. So if someone's watching this, they want to get into this, but this one right here is probably the most powerful thing on the school community. It's so simple. We could show the school community, but yeah, run us through it, Shawn. Yeah, the research assistant, basically what it is, it's a way to chat with your keyword data. So we have all these AI tools and workflows.

1:34If you take even one of these and start selling it, you're going to make a lot of money. So we have the research assistant here, and it's basically a custom GPT that talks with real world keyword data. If you don't know SEO, this is a great way to get up to speed. You can start selling audits that are super valuable to get your foot in the door. And we actually have people in the community that started from zero, didn't know anything, set this thing up. And now they have, I think Brian has a couple of clients, Nadia has a couple of clients,

2:08and they're like delivering really good work because of this. And even agency owners, advanced SEOs tell us this is an absolute game changer. This one here, if you go back to the classroom, where do we find this one? So if we come back to classroom and school, let's see here. It's AI, AI tools and workflows right here. The heart. And then it's, and we have other things here too, right? But not to overwhelm people, but the SEO research assistant is simply a chat GPT plus an API. Very, very simple. Exactly. First thing you're going to learn is this right here. Yes, just that alone is a $40,000 a year tool slash skill,

2:58I think. So the next example is to build out $20,000 websites for just a buck or something, using something called vibe coding. People are talking about there's a lot nowadays, but we have people in the community that are actually doing this and actually making money with it. And that is a really cool development, I think. We were talking about, this is the problem and this is like the crux of what I think people don't understand. I've seen it happen in other industries and it's the commoditization of services and goods, right? When things get commoditized, prices go down. The people who are still like grasping to sell in 20, $30,000

3:36websites for local businesses, they're going to become dinosaurs. The people who make money are the ones who realize this cost me a dollar to make. Maybe the perceived value is $20,000. That's great. But maybe I give it to them for free. And I say, look, Bob, I'll build your plumbing website for free, right? Or maybe for 1500 bucks, whatever it is. But I will help you every single month for say 1000 bucks a month. And now you have a real business, right? Yes, that's how to leverage commoditization through AI. Yeah, the cool thing about commoditization is there's still a lot of

4:10money to be made. And actually, it's more profitable than before. So a $20,000 website used to cost maybe $10,000 to fulfill. And now you can do it for $1. So even if you only get like 1000 bucks for it, you're still way more profitable if you put them on retainer. So that is a cool way to go. And then the last example we wanted to talk about is to learn the microsite model inside the community. And you can sell local SEO for $500 a month, $1,000, $1,500 a month every day, just learning this simple site structure. It's proven, it works. We see so many people that

4:48rank within a couple of weeks with this model. Not all, but some are. And so you can help people out with their local SEO and make a good living from that. I mean, we could pause the video right here and this could be it. That right there, those three ideas, boom, done. What's crazy to me is we take a step back and I'm like, Sean, you have, let's say a local, I don't know, what type of business do you own? You get to pick, right? What do you own? Plumbing. All right. You have a plumbing business and you help residential clients. And I come to you, Sean, you have your one website,

5:19it crushes, but how about this? Let's build 20, 30, let's say 50 websites for you and your local state. Back in the day, that would cost you an absolute fortune and it would be more or less impossible, right? It wouldn't be worth it. But now it's totally feasible, totally doable. And it just makes sense. Like, yeah, of course, if I have 50 websites, I'm going to dominate.

5:41It's inevitable, right? It is inevitable. Right. Leverage, leverage what you can leverage what makes sense. It doesn't have to be sexy. It can be very boring, but very effective. This is boring. It's very repetitive. But if you had to take a guess, how long would it take to build 50 websites nowadays, using our model, using AI? People are still going to shoot them out.

6:07What in a week? Yeah, definitely. It's going to be like 20, 30 hours or something in total. And so this is this is crazy to me. This is what it used to take 20 hours to build one website. Yeah. And then the traditional agencies haven't caught up to this reality, this new reality. So there's a lot of opportunity there. Alright, so if we zoom out a little bit more, I want to talk about five key principles, five, like the basics of making money with AI, that not many people seem to grasp. So we don't want to get fancy, we don't want to get cute, we want to use AI to

6:51pursue the same opportunities, but do it faster. So AI, basically, you can interrogate it all you like, but it's not going to tell you what to do and how to do it, you got to decide this is the opportunity I'm going to go after. And then I can use AI to do it 10 times faster. But if I pick a bad opportunity, it's going to accelerate me towards the bad opportunity, let's say.

7:16So we do still need to identify the opportunity. You don't have to make up the opportunity, it already exists. Right? We like to pick the boring things that have worked for a long, long time and just accelerate and get way more profitable. Exactly. So we leverage what's already working, we take a look at what are people paying money for. And we take that boring stuff, a boring surface, low risk, and it makes it insanely profitable. As you were talking about commoditization, there is more competition, the barrier to entry is lowered, but still there's, it's way, way, way more profitable than it used to be. So we find a high value skill, we take the

8:01AI tooling to 10X the speed of execution. And so what am I talking about? SEO audits, keyword research, lead gen, we know there's demand there. If you help people make more money, you will make more money as well. 100%. Yeah. So this used to take super long to do an SEO audit 20 hours, 30 hours, something like that. And the same audit, it takes us only an hour nowadays, with these tools. Yeah, that audit is a good foot in the door. If I was, if I was starting over right now, in my local area, I would literally use that tool we first talked about create audits for

8:44every business that I think would be a good fit for my agency. And I would email them, I would call them, I would knock on their doors, you would get clients because you're providing a see what happens is this kind of a tangent. And this happens to us, these businesses, they get audits. And then they go to their current SEO guy, this, what do you think about this? But if you keep sending them value and value and value, eventually, someone's going to give and be like, I'm going to give this guy shot. That's the opportunity right there. Exactly. Yeah. And it's easier than ever

9:18to to fulfill on that to do provide more value than everybody else, especially since most SEOs are not up to speed, or most service providers are not up to speed with this stuff. So if you find some of this leverage, if you use some of this leverage, you're going to be way ahead of the curve. But then there's one more principle that's very important, that is that money comes from distribution, we do need to get the stuff out there, we don't want to stay in generation mode and keep generating output, tweaking the the output. Quality is, is important. But the most

9:55important part is to get that stuff out there to make money. So what do we do with the output from AI, and we need to use it to rank up our websites to fulfill on client deliverables to generate leads. If we don't do that, if we keep tinkering with AI models and figuring out the best workflow to do something, then it's not making money at all. So that's a very important principle I find.

10:21I had someone reach out to me recently, and they asked me, are you working on anything exciting? That word is a very dangerous word, exciting. Right? If we're in business, and our goal is to make money, exciting is usually the antithesis to that. Excited. Yes, that's the shiny object. That's the thing that actually makes me make less money. The things are the boring things that make money, and we just scale them bored out of your mind, make tons of money. Very wealthy. Yes, exactly. Yeah, I wholeheartedly agree. And it is fun to go after the shiny objects and figure out

11:00what's new, and it's all good to stay at the forefront of it. But actually using it and executing with it, most often I find that it's a rabbit hole. Which brings us to this next point, which is a very nice bridge, I think. We find simple setups always be the complex workflows. And so there are many people that are marketing currently showing these crazy screenshots like this. This is an actual workflow that we've developed. And you can do it, you can use these workflows. But what's actually making us money is this very simple one, the keyword research assistant, where we simply we have a custom GPT, we chat. This is what we're actually using and

11:53leveraging big time for all of our clients. That's right. And we're going to do our next video on that. We're going to do a walkthrough. So if someone doesn't know what we're talking about, it's GPT plus API. So you take the beauty of like an LLM that can think very quickly, can reason, but it has hallucination issues to catch. And you tie that with data. So now you take out the worst part of LLMs, and you retain the best parts. And then we're cooking with fire. Yeah, we call that grounding, we need to grant that stuff in real world data. And so the beauty with simpler workflows

12:28is we have fewer moving parts, it's faster to deploy, it's easier to scale. And if it breaks, it's easier to fix. Like the big workflows, they always break at some point, and then you are figuring out what is going wrong, and it takes you the rest of the afternoon. And now I'm not making any more money. And so simple setups, they scale, they are bulletproof, and you just don't need that much leverage to outperform the rest. The more complex it gets, the worse it is. Yep, 100%. Yeah, this is an important point, too. And I think it's one of the most important points,

13:13AI increases leverage, but not creativity, we cannot outsource our judgment to AI. It's always easily spotted, it's more often than not, AI's judgment is off. It doesn't have the experience and the judgment, like the discernment that people with experience have. So we use AI to increase our output, but we still do the judgment calls ourselves. And that is a very powerful combination, I think.

13:43It is. I think about going back to the commoditization of services. Let's say SEO services are being commoditized because AI is able to do it faster. But that's a good thing, especially if you are a small operator, because your whole goal is to create relationships with people. If you want to make as much money as possible in your life, help as many people as possible, period. Have deep relationships. That's where it happens. And AI being commoditized or commoditizing SEO, commoditizing GEO, is good. Because do it for free. Do everything for free. Do all the things for free, the audits, the website, do it for free. Have them trust you. And then you have a lifelong

14:25client. You have a business. Yeah, exactly. We have actual examples in the community of people that did this. They get their foot in the door, they do a free audit, they figure out what the client needs, and then they give it to them. And then they retain them for months. So Brian is a good example. He's actually in a good position to start an agency now. He's maybe three months in, and he didn't know SEO at all. So it's absolutely possible nowadays. But we do need to use our own judgment along the way. Well, good. Now, this is like the recap. I say that for the next video,

15:07if you think it's a good idea, Sean, let's do GBT plus the API to show people how to use the grounded data. Super strong. It's one of the first things they use in the school community. But if you can, can you toggle back to the school community and just do a run through of the classroom and just go over like what each module does? We don't have to click into them, just a visual. Yeah, absolutely. So we at the top start here to start you off, this shows you the paths that you can choose. We have three paths to a thousand dollars, and then we gear you up so

15:40you get access to the research assistant and other tools. Then we have AI workflows. We have the courses here, and then the three paths are here. So this is basically three routes you can pick whichever one suits you most. You can start an agency, you can do lead generation using the microsite system, or you can just use AI in 90 days, go from nine to five to freedom and make your first one thousand dollars. And we have people in the community that have done this path very successfully. And that's very inspiring to see so. And then we have all these courses here

16:17below. But these are the three main main paths for people to choose from. Yeah, once you see it, once you see the 90 days to freedom, how much opportunity is out there, man, for those looking to escape the nine to five, you know, it's not a guaranteed thing. Everyone has different amounts of grit, different amounts of, you know, all these different characteristics. But I really believe right now everyone is obsessed with shiny objects. And the meat and potatoes, the people who just go after meat and potatoes are going to make a lot of money.
