0:00This video I'm going to show you how I rank websites on Google and it's going to be very technical and we're going to call it entity based winning. So we want to win on Google. If we come over to Google, it is a big competition and we need to win. So what are we going to use? We're going to use tools that we create ourselves. Why? Well, these type of tools have better data than anything that is available online. So if you go to the big box stores, SEO stores, Ahrefs, SEMrush, they're very good. They're very good, but we can do better. We can build things ourselves. So
0:30what is an entity? We're going to get into it. What can we do with entities? How can we make our pages better? This is something that I made. You can make this too. You can go into your website and figure out exactly what you need to improve. It is absolutely wild, right? So what we have here is an n8n workflow that we're going to work off of. Now we built this. This is pretty intense. I mean, look, it goes on forever, right? There's a lot here. Now each one of these runs. So what we do is we put a URL. It starts right here. The trigger and input setup.
1:00So what we do is we come over to our Google Sheet because we like to use Google Sheets. And what we want to do is type in a URL here. And this could be your website, your store, your business, whatever it is. In this instance, we're going after a keyword pertaining to off-grid batteries, off-grid systems. And this is the website. I have no relation to this website. It was just something that I Googled, right? It's a nice website. It could rank a little bit better. I like doing this technique with websites that are on the doorstep of success. So typically, that's
1:30rank five to three, three to five. You're not number one yet, but you're pretty darn close. You have to figure out how to get to number one. You have to do optimizations. So if we come over here, we type in outdoor solar battery. Of course, we're going to see sponsored products, the dreaded AI overview, which we talk about on this channel, how to rank there, and then popular products. And then here's organic. Now we want to boost organic with this website right here. How are we going to do it? We are going to extract entities, entities. What the heck is an entity? Well, let's come over here and let's look what our report said. So this report is merely derived off of the N8N workflow that we built, right? So I'm going to show you how to build this yourself, or you can download it. I'll have a link for the Rank Expand Academy. But the entity optimization report, and I'm just running this off of a temporary server, by the way, it's going to show us every single entity currently on the page. And here's, you know, for instance, so these are all entities. These are what Google
2:30receives as an entity, therefore has a definition of a thing, like Google understands what an entity is because it knows associations. So coming down here, backup systems, batteries, you know, this, that and another. But what I like about this tool is I can come over here to the right and see, okay, 20 consumer goods on page already. Let's see what else we have locations. Let's come over here to locations. So for this website, all of a sudden, we see homesteads that might be important, right? Therefore, people who have a homestead might be interested in buying a battery.
3:00Do you have that word that entity talked about on your website? Now we're cooking with fire, right? We have residences, we have locations, space, US units, very interesting. So at first glance, what we want to do is just kind of take an overview of what entities exist, what entities don't exist, and just kind of poke around a little bit, right? So these are existing entities. We could come over here again. Is there any events that we should consider? Okay, we're talking about road trips, cycling, auto balance, and interest in. Now, there's a lot of new entities we could consider. It is absolutely wild. And this is all off of this workflow we're going to go into. Now, what I would like to do, instead of like scrolling through all these and figuring out what we can talk about, yet again, come over here, go to all types, come down to say location. And this is what's cool, right? We could come down here. And some of it's weird because, you know, we are using different APIs to pull things. But you're going to see opportunities jump in.
4:00You're going to see, okay, cruising grounds. Maybe that's like RV parks, boundary areas. Does that make sense? When we see things like Big Ben National Park, that doesn't make too much sense. So we're just going to skip it. So it's not perfect because there's like associations. Entities have like a web of associations with each other. But if you find the right associations, and you make sure it's very clear how they connect, which this tool does, then you start to win. Now, let's get a little technical so you can build this yourself. Let's get into the weeds. And I want to show you one other.
4:30Another thing in a second here, if we scroll up to the optimizations, because the tool shows you what you should do on your website, like quite literally do these things. It's very interesting. But off the bat, what we're going to do, you see this right here? This is Google Sheets. So everything runs off of Google Sheet. And with all the in it and workflows that we have at the Academy, they're always running off Google Sheets because we need consistency. It needs to be easy. And all you have to do in column B is type in what? Your URL. So you can do this for any URL. I just happened to pick this solar one, right?
5:00We just hit execute workflow. It's going to do all these things. So off the bat, it does. It extracts Google entities present on the user page. And it uses what? It uses APIs. It uses data for SEO APIs. This is another thing that we constantly use. So SEMrush, Ahrefs, they're the big box SEO tools. They've dominated the market for a long time. They do a great job. But nowadays, people like me and you, we don't need to use those expensive tools because we can use our own data.
5:30We can use our own APIs. So we're going to use that right there. It's going to do a lot of things. It's going to push data here, but let's come down here. We're going to analyze users page keywords. So we're going to push that over to a GBT. This is what's cool. So we always want to parse our data into a GBT. Why? Well, because if you just give all this information at once to, say, chat, GBT, open AI, it gets too intense, right? But we need to give it certain things at certain times. And that's what we're doing here. So let's expand this.
6:00So let's come over here. So you are an AI assistant specializing in SEO content analysis and topic relevance. Your role is to analyze a user provided page markdown content and identify the most representative keywords that already exist within the page. Very interesting, right? So you can see here, here's everything you can pause this to check it out yourself. But the key here is you always want to do two things. It's very simple when you break it down. You want to get raw data. You want to get raw data from APIs. And we use that specific API.
6:30You want to give that raw data in little bite sized chunks to chat, GBT or an LLM to then tease it apart. Now to keep moving, the next step is to get a list of competitors. And this is what's really fun. Yet again, I can scroll in here. We're using that API. We like to keep things consistent. Simple is good. Simple is the best. Don't use this API and that one over here and this and this API, blah, blah, blah. Use as little amount of APIs and things as possible, right? Keep it simple. So we're going to get a list of competitor pages.
7:00So we're going to identify top competing pages for search results based on page keywords. Why are we going to do this? Well, because Google is a big competition, right? If there was no competition in your niche, then you would win automatically. But we have AI overviews to compete with as well as other websites. So we need to consider what our competitors are doing. And then we're going to fetch their page entities. So we're going to extract our entities on page. We're going to extract theirs and all of a sudden we're going to be able to see, ooh, we have a big gap over here and this is how you win. This is how you win on Google. This is how you win on LLMs and all of it. And then it compiles the full list of the new entities, which I kind of showed you. I'll go a little bit deeper. Clean list of new entities. So it scrubs it and then it analyzes entity relevance. Yet again, you can see here we have a limit to a top 300 entities, right? And then it pushes to GBT, a GBT, a custom GBT, an agent, right? So you are the entity relevance classification agent and it does all these things. I'll pause here.
8:00So you can see it, but yet again, you're going to see the basics of get raw data, give a very specific amount of raw data to a GBT to do its work, right? Rinse and repeat. And then eventually, as we come back here, we are going to be left with what? We're going to have entity clusters. Another, another GBT. I'll click it here for you. Entity clusters. Your task is to group relevant entities into meaningful semantic clusters that represent coherent topical themes. So this is how all this happens right here, right? This is like the pretty end of the day type of thing you showed to a client. You could easily push any URL through this tool to show a client this or show yourself this, right? And you can learn like what to do, but it all starts with this raw data. So I'm going to get into the pretty stuff in a second, but I'll just pause here. So you can see that. Let's keep it rolling. Align clusters to user page content. So let's click into here. So here we are. Your role is to analyze how a semantic entity cluster aligns
9:00with an existing user page and determine the correct high level content action and the best reference location on the page for that action. This is where the magic happens. This right here. And I haven't shown you this yet, but this is that right there is so, so powerful. Very, very cool. Optimize user page content and then push it, get it out of there, right? So what we're going to do, I'm going to show you what it looks like on the Google Sheet. Let's scroll out here. If I come over here, I have different tabs and it's a lot of information and it's intense.
9:30It's kind of hard to synthesize in some regard, right? Or keep on going. We have this, we have that. It's a lot of stuff, right? But what we did, we came over here, we came over here rather. Well, let's come over here. We came over to Replit. Replit is very, very, very powerful. I use Replit all the time. What this allows you to do is if you have any big amount of data, just throw it to Replit and say, look, I need a custom UI. I need an experience that's very easy to handle and it's going to give you this. So instead of working off of a spreadsheet like this thing right here, which is very powerful. And you can do this. A lot of people don't mind it, but I need something that's a little, a little prettier. And especially when I present it to clients, they love this. They love this because they can understand it. Who cares about data if you can't understand it. And especially if your clients can't understand it too, right? So different use cases, you can use this for clients, use it for yourself, whatever you need to do. But basically what I haven't shown you yet is this. So remember, we are coming
10:30over to this website here. We want to rank it higher. And what we've done, we figured out the entities on page. We figured out competitor entities. And now the tool is going to give us suggestions. So it says, look, right here, core battery technologies management seven entities applied. And it said, okay, where to optimize after this text right here, right? So this is text in the current article, you should consider having this optimized content right here. And we can copy it, right? It's copied to my clipboard now. But all of the blue terms right here are entities yet to be included. Now, some of them I would not include in some of them I would, but you're going to see it. It expands on the topic big time, right? You can go here. It says tier one, life PO two cells with blah, blah, blah, 8,000 cycles. Well, here's it in the same, it's saying the same thing, but it's just saying it much better, right? Tier one, lithium, chemistry cells. I might keep this one because of the, of the life PO stuff. Our foundation to our battery pack selected for their exceptional longevity
11:30and stability with over 8,000 charge cycles ensure an extended operational life. So oftentimes we, we kind of miss the forest for the trees type of thing. It's, it's hard to, to step back. And this tool allows you to step back on your own content to be like, oh man, I could have teased that out a bit more. For instance, something as simple as this, the next paragraph or next sentence, rather, the battery management system, BMS, plays a critical role in maintaining blah, blah, blah. So in the current copy, they say integrated BMS.
12:00Like I know we're getting into the weeds, right? So if I do a control F, BMS, you can see integrated BMS right here, right? And that's cool. That's jargon though. Why not include, right? Why not include the actual name of it, battery management system? Because guess what? That's an entity and that's a keyword. So you have the content probably on your page ready to rock. Maybe you're using jargon. Maybe you just don't even realize it. Maybe there's low hanging fruit for you. Let's keep on going. This is what it, I mean, look at this.
12:30This is awesome. Battery safety, thermal and protection systems, 21 entities applied. Now we don't want to get crazy with it, but you should read this and say, okay, is my current text here? Is it, is it better to consider this? Right? I mean, I'm not going to read all of it, but you can see this injected tons of entities into this and it reads really darn well. And there's more and there's more and there's more. So the point is, if you have an existing page that you are on the doorstep of success, right? You're like ranking three to five and you know
13:00you should be ranking number one or you want to, then use a tool like this. This costs, I think actually the runtime, the runtime for this was about 15 minutes. So this is no joke. This takes a little while for one page. So if you're willing to spend like a dollar or two on one crawl, one scrape, one push, right? That's how much it costs like a dollar. But you get this amazing output. You have to wait 15 minutes. You get this amazing output. And then you can just start crushing your competitors, right? Test what works. Remember, everything is a big competition here. So figure out what your entities are, what your competitor entities are, and how can you beat them? Now I have the download in the Rank Expand Academy. And by the way, thanks for watching to this point. Come over to AI workflows. You're going to see all these N8N workflows, tons of them. And we have tons more ready to rock. We are building them out as we speak. This is one of the fastest growing school communities on the whole platform, right? We talk about AI, how to rank websites, how to make money with websites and SEO and AISO.
14:00All the things, right? And we recently won the school games. This is Sean. Sean Buckles, the co-founder here with Alex Formosi and Sam Ovens. Very cool, right? Very good platform. I like it. It's a good community platform where you can come meet other people who are on your level. You can talk to them. We have community calls once per week. It's a good time. So if you're not in there already, check it out, right? Good place to be. And thanks for watching. And I'll check you on the next one.
