0:00In this video, I will share with you four things. I've already written them down that you can use, right? You can use these four things to rank your business website on Google right now. And we've all seen these pretty charts and they're awesome. I love these charts. If you want your business to look like this, then you have to do things very, very specific nowadays. But what we're going to do, we're going to compare with what I wrote down and I promise you I wrote these things down before doing this. I asked GPT, what are the four most important things to rank a local business via SEO

0:26to get organic leads and we're going to compare them with what I have. Off the bat, it says Google Business Profile, 50% of the game. Do I think that is true? I don't mind. I'm going to show you in a bit what mine is, but it's definitely different. And the reason I know Google Business Profile is not number one is because what we do over here. I'll come here. I'll come to the Rank Expand Academy.

0:44I'm going to come into right here, the classroom. Let's go here, classroom and scroll down. If we go to Scale and Microsites, I have over 50 different microsites that are local business websites that cost about $10 to make that do not have a Google Business Profile. Yet somehow we get leads magically, organic leads. So don't tell me, chat GPT, I'm talking to you. Don't tell me that Google Business Profile is 50% of the game. Is it important? Absolutely. If your niche is hyper competitive, is it important? Absolutely. The one that I said that I think is the most important is this. I don't know if you can see it. Can you see that? Service pages internally

1:23linked well. So when you go to a local business website, well, let me just show you on the screen. What we always do is two things. I'm going to zoom in here so you understand this concept. First, we have a suffix which is the service, car accident lawyer. And then we have a location, San Diego. This is how people type things into Google. They have a problem or they have a service in mind and then they type in the location. So how we best meet Google right where they are right now and we show up well is to marry them with service location pages. I'm curious to see what

1:54we find with these actual organic searches. We're doing it off the cuff. So this is the Barnes firm injury attorneys. Now if I scroll up here, do you see what I'm talking about? Do you see, I mean, and let's just pause a second. Whenever you look at law firm websites, you know that there's tons of money behind it and they have an SEO behind the firm helping them usually, right? And they pay big bucks. But look at the URL, thebarnesfirm.com slash what? San Diego personal injury attorney right there slash car accidents. They have a humongous, I guarantee if we look at their site

2:24map, their website is like a spiderweb that specifically speaks to these service location pages. Now to keep on track, we have four steps to rank. And number one, according to me, right, and we'll compare GBT with what we're saying here and I have my notes still yet. Number one is service pages interlinked and how we can do this, right, I'm going to highlight this sitemap.xml. So I can come back to this website we looked at previously, we can jump into their page sitemap and it's no surprise to me if you look here, they have 385 different pages on the website. That means

2:56this is a big website compared to most local business websites, which should tell you something, but we'll get into how and why they can do this. But if you scroll down, you're going to see two distinct type of pages. The first is like a service page. So a service page looks like, okay, we do this type of service. So such as right here asbestos, they do this thing. I'm not even going to try to pronounce it. This is a service that they provide. Now, if we scroll down to what I'm talking about, they have location pages. I can find them pretty easily, probably San Francisco,

3:28dangerous drug attorney, San Francisco, nurse and home neglect, you know, it goes on. So what these websites do and the most important thing to rank on Google right now is to pair your service plus a location with an actual URL. Now, I'm curious what GBT says number two is. So number two, according to them is location plus service page is exactly what we just went over, but I want to get into the details down here of how they say to do it. But listen, if you are someone that owns a business, you have a website that you want to rank on Google, then reach out, right? This is how you

3:56do it. I'll have a link in the description before you call. Tell us about your business, contact details, business overview, your current performance. We take applications to work with different businesses because we have so many people asking us to work with them. So we have requirements. Fill this out. Let's check out what you have going on. If you're a law firm, if you're a local plumber, we help all local businesses and we have strategies for those who want to do this themselves, right? Let's say that you own a business and you do it yourself or fine. Come over here to the Rank Expand Academy, what I recommend right here. I'm going to click into it. Scale in

4:26Microsites. It's going to allow you to build out microsites that complement, right, that complement your primary website. We're going down the rabbit hole. You can look at this channel. I talk about it all the time, microsites. They're very, very powerful. And if I just take pause, what this usually looks like is you have your primary website, which I'm talking about how to rank on this video, and then we build microsites around it, around the perimeter, around your proximity, right? If you have a service area of 30 miles, what we like to do is have your primary website focused in the epicenter, and then we work around that perimeter, right, with microsites

5:00and all, at this point, all roads lead to Rome, right? But let's look at GBT. Let's see what it says. So number two according to it is Location Plus Service Pages. Great. One core service page and then you have multiple service areas. This is exactly what we talked about. So my question becomes what is my number two? My number two, if you can read it, is GBP with Reviews. Now this matters a lot for businesses like a law firm, right? It's very simple. We don't have to get into like the super technicals, but if we come back over here, we scroll back out, we go back, back,

5:31back. You scroll up here. Most people, right, when you have an opportunity for a map pack, in other words, when Google renders a map pack on Google, right, people are going to just stay here, right? So if you are going to compete against other law firms or high competitions such as roofers, well guess what? You need a Google Business Profile with a lot of reviews. Can you get around it? Absolutely. We do that with microsites. We don't have Google Business Profiles because we kind of know how to navigate that. But if you're in a hyper competitive niche such as law firms,

6:02then you are going to need a Google Business Profile. Now number three is Citations, PR, and Links. I'm very curious what GBT has to say about this. So coming down, Authority Signals, Links, and Citations. That makes sense. It's exactly what I'm talking about here. Now before we get into this one, number four, I highly doubt GBT is going to say the same thing I'm saying, but I'm very curious. So Authority Links and Signals basically means you need to have citations, which talk about for local business, name, address, phone number, all lead into the same exact NAP. Like it all says the same thing. So on this website over here,

6:35that points to your website, it has your name, it has your address, and your phone number. For us, right, in the Rank Expand Academy, what we do, I call them cheap and dirty citations. We use very cheap and dirty citations that seem to work. You need to know where to put money, like good money, and you need to know where to like just have cheap and dirty solutions. There's a big difference there, right? So coming back to GBT, it says, let's see here, local links such as Chamber of Commerce, sponsorships, news mentions, local blogs. That's cool. Those are like regular guest blogs and

7:04legit ones. Chamber of Commerce and local ones, right? Very, very powerful. If I wanted to go down the rabbit hole in that in this video, what I would tell you is this, and I'm not going to show you, I'm just going to tell you. Go to Google, type in sponsorship or sponsorships plural in parentheses or quotations rather, and then space in your area, right? And then hit enter, and you're going to see all the local opportunities for stuff like this. Now number four in my book is UGC, which is user-generated content. Now I think GBT is going to have like a way different answer

7:34than this one, but I want to show you some things that might scratch your head a bit. You might be scratching your head after this one. We're going to use chat GBT. Let's come back to it. We're going to use chat GBT in two ways. So it said, conversion first website is most important for number four. Well, that's just basic stuff. If we're going to talk about conversion rate optimization, fine. Like I have to assume you have a call to action on your hero section and all these things, like that matters for sure. But if you want to rank on Google is what I'm more concerned about.

8:01And if we look to chat GBT and we ask it a thing such as who are the top roofers in Dallas, Texas, it's going to give us some roofers. Now, why are we using chat GBT when we want to rank on Google? It's to prove a point to show you the future, right? Because chat GBT is going to be kind of representative of how Google does things in the future because why Google is more and more relying on this right here, which is Google's AI mode, which is Gemini. So Gemini, right? Gemini is an AI model just like open AI uses chat GBT. We need to look at these models to figure out what the

8:34future is going to hold in this right here. All that to say, this is what I'm interested in. This is the chat GBT Conversations Analyzer. Now I have a dedicated video on this concept, query fan out, how you can utilize this. We're getting technical right now, but it's very powerful. So what it shows us for this query where I asked who's the best roofers in Dallas, Texas, it says that GBT itself, the actual robot, the AI use these three different queries, which I think is more like five or six. And what it did is it typed into Bing or Google

9:04best roofer Dallas, Texas. And then it typed in reviews roofing contractors Dallas, Texas, and then these ones and these ones. And it came up with different results. One of them being Yelp. Now Yelp, if it ever loads is arguably a citation, it's a directory. You could say it's UGC if you put reviews on it. But what I found, and this is why UGC user generated content is number four for me. Oftentimes chat GBT pulls upon things like Quora and Reddit and Facebook at times too. It's very, very powerful nowadays for you to understand how to use Reddit specifically for your local

9:40business. Reddit. Reddit.com is where communities go. They talk, who's the best roofer here? Who's the best roofer there? You have to find a way to inject your brand there. And you don't even have to have a hyperlink to your website, but inject your brand because guess what? I've seen it time and time again. Chat GBT can reference this, which means that Gemini can reference that.

10:01So there it is right there, all four of them. And listen, if you want to learn how to do this yourself, that is great. I encourage it. If you want to hire someone, then hire us. But if you want to do it yourself, come to the Rake Expand Academy. There's over 380 members in there, right? There's 14 people active right now. This is a hyperactive community where we talk about these things. How to rank local businesses, how to create microsites, how to do all of the AI tactics to make money online right now.
