0:00Most people know they should be using AI on their website in their business, but they don't know how. And that's what this video is all about. So, we're going to rank number one on Google with AI and we're going to talk about every ranking method possible ranked by speed. I think these are the most important, most commonly used methods with AI to rank a website, a local business website, right? So, let's get into it. The patience gap is what kind of prompted this video. Someone said, "How long does it naturally take to rank?" They were talking about one of our micro sites,

0:26which is a different beast altogether. We'll talk about that. That's kind of a bonus at the end. But for patience, most clients, if you're an SEO, will bail near day 60. People don't want to wait in blogging, right? We'll talk about this kind of sucks. So, most people think that if I blog on my local business, I'm going to rank well on Google and AI makes it easy. Well, it's not the best way. So, this video, we're going to figure out a way to get the phone ringing for you in two to four weeks. And if you don't know me, my name

0:52is Jesse Cunningham. I run the Rank Expand Academy and make six figures a month using AI tactics. Now, rung five of five. So, we're going to go down the different rungs. The highest ones are like the worst ones. So, the worst one in my opinion is blog and prey 6 to 12 months. Kind of stinks. Keyword research, blog post, and wait. Used to work really well. Nowadays, not so much.

1:11Right. Here's a good one. Existing proofs, 1 to 3 months. It can work. Tiny movements. So, list in your name, address, and phone across the web. We call that nap. So, 10 years ago, agencies paid people to fill out hundreds if not thousands of these tiny directory boxes. We still use these. These still can work, especially if your competition is low. Very, very good.

1:32Takes one to three months. Hometown links, strong signals, slow to source. I really like this one. In fact, this is one of the primary things that my virtual assistants, my team does. This is what they do, right? So, if we go for a local business, we think geography beats authority. So, guest blogs or backlinks, they matter. But if you can get a local backlink, it's even better.

1:55So, think of your chamber of commerce. Look right here. 100 to 300 bucks, right? If you're going to buy a backlink for your website, it's probably going to cost 100 to 300 bucks. So, why not support a local business, your chamber of commerce, and get an awesome backlink, which is probably a DR50 plus local sponsorships. Same idea. And you can also let the AI do the hunting. I mean, I was having a head scratcher recently because I do have my team do this, but I realized Claude can probably do it all without any issue. And just to show you, this is what it typically

2:26looks like. You're going to type in a area plus sponsorship. It's really that simple. And when it's that simple, AI can just do it. And what you're going to do is you're going to control-click on these different things. Like here's one. We have the Topeka Partnership.com. Whatever this is, it might be good. And then you're going to research the DR, the domain rating, how powerful the website is. And you're going to find some gems. Absolute gems. Now, there's a little bit more involvement here. You have to hook up data for SEO API, but it's really, really not that hard and it

2:55makes a lot of sense when you compare this with regular guest back links. Now, two to six weeks on this one. I think this is a no-brainer. So, the map pack, every business, local business should have a Google business profile for your primary website. I'm going to talk about a bonus idea later in this video that doesn't need Google business profiles, but for your GBP, you should use every secondary category available because Google allows up to 10. In most businesses, they only set one, which is ridiculous. And adding real ones does not dilute anything. Anytime Google gives you the opportunity to give it

3:27more information to kind of like hand feed it information, you should probably do it, right? Fill out every single box available such as services, descriptions, attributes, photos, holidays, and post weekly without lifting a figure. Right? AI is very easy to post. I mean, come on. Anytime AI just needs copy or words to automate, very very easy. Now, here's something interesting someone said in the comments and I encourage you to comment. Please comment. So, you do realize that focusing on SEO for search engines is now dead due to chat GBT, etc. Someone said that, right? You now have to optimize for AI search bots. They eat

4:05structured clean data. So, SEO is dead because of chat GBT. Have you heard this one? Is SEO dead because of ChatGBT? Certain websites definitely got crushed. Let's talk about that. So, it's half right. So, the reader definitely changed. So, AI agents now read your site, cross-check it, and decide whether or not they want to recommend it. That's definitely real. The other half that's wrong is structured clean data is not the opposite of SEO. It it is SEO, right? That's where people go wrong, right? SEO, if you do proper SEO, like we're talking about here, utilizing AI, if you so choose, is proper AEO. It's

4:39how you rank on chatbt. Of course, there's a few extra things that you do nowadays. Um, I call them invisible URLs. I'm not going to talk about that on YouTube, but there's ways to find invisible URLs that can help you rank on GBT and different AI LLMs. But the idea here is like, look, we're doing SEO. That's like 90% of what you should do to rank on GBT anyways. Now, when I have a client who's paying for SEO services, this right here is super important to convey to them. And I'm going to convey it to you as well, because you'll

5:08understand why all of this is working. nowadays, right? AI has changed the game. AI allows Google to be smarter and it allows me to be smarter, you to be smarter. The game has changed. So, back in the day, this is how it worked. If you wanted to rank, right? You have plumber Houston as a page and has plumber plumber plumber in it and it counts the words, counts the links, and you can hope, right? Google could be easily tricked back in the day.

5:31Nowadays, it's all about entity maps. So, real businesses connect to real services and real places. You have to have to understand how Google perceives things. Google gives us the playbook with Google business profiles with the different services for each type of business. We can we can go over that later, but we already have the playbook, but we need to inject it in the business. And this is why a plumber with 12 reviews can outrank one with 5,000 because Google isn't tallying words anymore. It's checking how strongly your business connects to a service and a place. If I could say one thing, and I

6:05kind of like shout this to the rooftops. if I could. Service location pages for local business websites, they move the needle more than anything. Service location pages. But of course, it can't be that simple because new things are happening all the time. And this is the latest and the greatest neighborhood pages. Have you heard of this? So instead of doing service location pages affixed to a city, people are doing neighborhood pages which have much less competition but can work. Depends on your service, but let's talk about so two to four weeks if this works. one page per service per neighborhood, not

6:38city pages such as um right here, plumber, Houston. Now, me, I still do both of these, but this neighborhood page thing is being used more and more. The whole idea here is if we have AI, it can build out a 300page website in no time and do all the neighborhoods in your local area for your service. What this would look like, let's just come here. If you are a plumber, it would be water replacement or water heater replacement in the Heights instead of plumber Houston, right? Right? And that would all be expressed in your slug whatever.com/water heaterreplacement/neighborhood.

7:12Right now, let's keep it rolling. Here's the anatomy of a page that ranks in weeks. The H1 is the service plus the neighborhood. So, it's the exact search word for word at the top. And we give them an instant yes. So, the first paragraph will answer, do you serve me? So, listen, whatever people type into Google needs to be the H1. In this instance, we would think emergency plumber in the Heights, Houston. You have to forcefeed Google. This is very common. This is old school and it still works, right? AI knows all of this if you just kind of you could even give it

7:40this video's transcript and it'll know exactly what it's talking about, right? And then let's get to the pain point. We're going to talk to the emergency they're having right now. So that hits some keywords. We're going to give them real local knowledge. And then we're going to have a frequently asked question section that's going to answer what people often will talk about. And that's also going to give us keywords and locality all wrapped into one. Now, some comments from previous videos that relate to this. Fast is easy. True is the hard part. So, someone said, "I'm able to create a 200page website in

8:08about an hour." No doubt. No doubt. Me, too. But the key here is, can you create a 200page website where most of the pages are indexed, right? Google actually wants to serve these to its clients who use the search engine. That's the key, right? And someone was talking about Claude because we use Claude for a lot of these automations and Claude is not a keyword research tool. I agree. So, if we're going to build this website we're describing here, we have to be more precise than just letting the AI do its thing. And that's when we hook in an API to Claude.

8:40So, you give Claude access to a thing like data for SEO. And all of a sudden, it has the ability to crawl the web, visually inspect the web, and back it up with data. And that's the trifecta. And the last part people usually miss is being able to back it up with data. So, we go fast first and then slow compounds later. We do all the things we talked about the profile flip, neighborhood pages, existing proofs. We do all the things, but there's something on top of all this where it just gives you an unfair advantage, right? And this is the

9:08rung above the ladder. So, we multiply. So, instead of playing this game, and we already do play this game because everything I've talked about so far in this video can be automated, more or less can be automated. Very, very easy to do. But you can also multiply. So, this is the bonus, right? So, the star method I talked about last video is where you can own the suburbs, too. So most people have their epicenter of a business in your local. In other words, if I was in Austin, Texas, Austin was like my primary location, I might be able to dominate Austin, but it's very

9:36very hard, very hard to go to the suburbs with that one website, which is where the STAR method comes out. And that's where micro sites come in. Right? So micro sites are part of the STAR method just in a different manner. Right? So you can build micro sites and not use the STAR method. Uh the star method is reserved for businesses who want to have their primary website plus five plus websites around them so they absorb more leads right that's an advantage that we want and micro sites are the websites that become those assets 84 bucks per website the calls

10:07are the products and we have AI answer the phone calls right and speed is the choice so you have all these options the question is which one are you going to choose and me I prefer to automate everything with AI and do all the things and this is where you'll find the extra information if you're like, man, I like what this is all about, but I want to know the specifics. This is a school community, my community, the Rank Expand Academy, where we have a community of people doing similar things. Not everyone does the same thing, but micro sites right here, these two, the

10:33Microite playbook and the Microite Empire modules, they're intense, they're great, they're in-depth, they'll it'll get you up and running for that last portion. And then you have other things you can learn about. The bottom line is if you have a website, a business, or if you have an SEO agency, whatever it may be, AI makes this whole thing like a new game. It certainly does. The old school SEO stuff still has its place, but if you're not able to automate, right, if you're not able to automate and become like 10 versions of yourself, you are going to be left behind.
